Bye bye jelly belly and thunder thighs

Oh no not a poorly kitty. All you can do is keep your eye on her and see how she is in the morning. She may of eaten something while she was out that has upset her tummy. See how she is tomorrow. X

Not sure if she has eaten since as not sure if she was sick after breakfast or after tea I thought breakfast but actually not sure! My mum and dad are coming tomoro so will see what they think they have 3 cats!
 
Had a fab nights sleep, was very tired yesterday which I think didn't help either with work or with sw! So think I might commit to a food diary this week. Am going to London on Saturday to see the bodyguard so lunch and dinner will be out but other than that I don't have any big plans for the week. Hopefully that will make it an easier week to stick to plan for. I find weekends at home easy but weekends in work hard but I find being on holiday from work hard too! What do I want?!

In class yesterday we talked about wanting a no between now and new year, which I do, but back at 11st 6lb not 11st 8lb! Compared with a lot of people I'm not doing much at all until Christmas this weekend in London is all I am doing and that is only Saturday not Sunday so I can focus on getting back to 11st 6lb then a bit lower and maybe then going back up to 11st 6lb after Christmas. I am a couple of 1bs off where I wanted to be for Christmas but much much much happier than this time last yr when I think I was about 12st 10lb or something so can fit in my party stuff. And I have a new dress going to track that now :eek:

As long as I am organised I can food optimise for most of the month which is better than a lot of people who have so many days they are busy there only 3 or 4 when they can properly focus. I have chilli which is half superfree at least, sausage casserole and hot smoked salmon pate for the next few days and can freezer part of it too. I will do this.

And next time I get annoyed in work I will go for a walk to calm down not eat chocolate I didn't even taste
 
Think your plan of keeping a diary is a good idea. I still fill mine out everyday. That way I know what I have had.
Enjoy your weekend. Are you going with Ben? We are out to Saturday. So looking forward to that.
Also I think it's a good idea to have plenty of fish. That helps me when I got stuck a bit. X

No am going with a friend. Mum and dad have been and gone. Won't See them now until after Christmas :eek: did tree with mum this morning can't post pic tho won't load. Have started a paper diary so will try really hard to do that! I like fish so will try and eat more of that, doing 1-9 today got chilli for lunch and sausage casserole for dinner at work. Am feeling much calmer about yesterday although not sure how the manager I am particularly close to will react she was off yesterday and I think she will give me a harder time than the two who were in yesterday, simply because she is trying to make me better at my job and she will think I have given up trying. Need to work out my syns for today. Will be cocoa powder in chilli and and whole grain mustard. Am going to do red I think so kidney beans are my other HEXB and will have milk in tea and coffee and cheese on chilli for my HEXA. Got 24 on at the moment for some downtime and done some housework am v conscious I am going to be tidied up most of the weekend so need to be on top of things before I go away!

Lunch was delicious. So rich and tasty crammed with superfree but you couldn't tell was just yummy. Syns I think 3 for the cocoa and I think 2 for the Wholegrain mustard. Will try to leave it at that for today need to save some for the weekend!

Netflix is playing up, I can only watch episode 5!! Very very annoying as wanted a chill before work. Going to have an apple and a liquorice tea then put on rest of my uniform for work.
 
Tucked up now. Casserole was nice tho not enough sausages! Filled me up tho! And took so long to eat didn't eat my pineapple. Got an early start again tomoro so got scan bran cake and just need to chop up crudités to go with my pate and ryvita. Think work was ok overall was v agitated and upset for a while did eventually get back on an even keel about it all might not last until tomoro tho!

Syns good today and food was full of superfree need to add it to my paper diary but had

Tomatoes carrots broccoli cauliflower baby sweet corn leeks mushroom pepper courgette celery

Had an advent chocolate too but under 10 for today :)
 
Well done for keeping on top of your syns and thinking about superfree.
I keep thinking if we weren't going out on Saturday I might of aimed to get 3 off but we are so might try and do that next week.would love to get my 3 stone award before Christmas.

I am going as long as my shift doesn't change it is the 23rd so very close to Christmas!

Feel good about yesterday feel back in control which I hadn't been and got yummy lunch today altho think I forgot to add sweetener to my scan bran cake again and is dreadful! But will eat a bit more. I prefer it warm but this early not enough time to do that every second counts!
 
Glad you had a good weekend. You were away clare. You can't be good when your away. It's really hard.

Gained 2lb must stop this as am 3.5lb up now will be half a st at Christmas at this rate. Need to plan and focus. Will try to do that before bed!! Am exhausted slept v badly so will struggle to stay up but busy tomoro. Got a lovely bottle of oyster bay wine for a big glass today and tomoro and a book tonight. Tv is so bad at mo!!!
 
Hey clare. You know. don't be to down about a gain. You have been away and you can't be expected to resist everything.
Like you say plan this week the best you can. Then if you go off plan a little a Christmas you won't feel so bad. X

Yesterday was rubbish! But just made a scan bran cake and will try to make food to take to work. Am so tired and only got 2 days off between now and Christmas so definitely going to be tough but will do my best (which I haven't been for the last week!)
 
I keep reaching for satsumas when I feel weak lol. All you can do is your best. It's only this week then will you be taking a few days off plan for Christmas ?

Hey clare. What's happening with your diary ? Have you been super busy at work. It must be hard trying to fit everything in as well as work and family life.
 
Hey work is nuts am sleeping really badly and food is awful :eek: have only got tomoro and weds off before Christmas Day. Seriously need more sleep was awake at 4 today and the same on weds. My feet are killing me just looked for some new Clark's boots online I can't cope with the pain I was in today! Click and collect is fab but so busy! Have tried to plan but still not doing very well managing a couple of good things here and there! Doh xx
