Morning all
Finished week 6, yay! I found run 3 easier than run 2 which is bizarre. I use the nhs choices podcasts, but also runningpal to gauge my speed, distance etc. I also have my heart rate monitor lol.
I find that it takes me a good 10 minutes to get into my stride. Then, usually when the podcast tells me that I have 60 seconds left, I can speed up and finish on a high. This is the stage that I got to last year before I got my wee puppy. I'm looking forward to improving my speed as I feel that I am very slow. But its all about finishing at the moment, eh?
Have a lovely Saturday folks, I'm off to work xx
