Just completed week 6 run 3. Managed it but don't think I will move on. I think I'll do the last run again to improve my stamina. What do you think?
My advice is keep going. If you find week 7 too tough then maybe rethink, but you'll probably surprise yourself. If I had repeated weeks every time I thought I couldn't do a bit more I'd still be doing it now! If tiredness is a problem try slowing down. The key is to keep going for the full however-many-minutes rather than worry about the distance or pace. Stamina, speed and distance will fall into place naturally. Trust in Laura, and good luck!
