Finished week 8 today. Cannot believe I'm nearly finished the programme. Enjoy each run and feel that I have accomplished something after each run
Well done you like you when I started in February 2013 I could barely manage 60s having never ran/jogged before. Size 18 then part way through my 13.5 stone weight loss journey I am now a size 12 and contribute jogging hugely to helping my weight loss. Today's jog View attachment 117647
After almost 2 weeks off and eating poorly I struggled with 90 sec runs yesterday, not good!
Going to get back on Thursday for another attempt hopefully!
I am going to the gym now to try D1W1 *gulp* wish me luck!!
Just got back. Only did 15 minutes so will try again tomorrow:sigh: in my defence my ipod ran out of charge, and I couldn't be bothered to keep count of the intervals by myself. On the upside I think I could've done more, the runs were exhausting but I was getting my breath back in the 1min30 breaks. 3 minutes of running is still more than I've done in a long time so despite my failure I am quite happy.
