Please ignore the custard slices. They are not part of my breakfast! If only they were syn free!
S: Banana and muller

Well day 3 done.
I'm so proud of myself. This is the first time in 9 months ive stuck to a plan for 3 days. I feel amazing! Here are all the pics that wouldn't attach earlier.

I just cant get over why it has just clicked this time. Trying not to count my chickens before they hatch. Im not saying I'll be perfect forever. But I'm gonna try my hardest and take the rough with the smooth. Soent all evening doing housework to and it has given me a real chance to think with clarity about what I wamt from my life and I'm gonna keep reminding myself and keeping myself on track.
I just wanted to also say thank you to all you ladies who have stick with me. I know I've been such a pain by chopping and changing and constantly moaning. Thank you all for putting up with me. I couldn't of coped without you lot.
You're amazing and I'm truly lucky.
Anyway now I've finished being a soft sod I'm off to bed.
