Hexb: 2 weetabix.
Hexb: 30g cheese

B: 2x weetabix (hexb1) banana (sf), vanilla mullerlight (0 syns), skimmed milk (hexa1)

Please ignore the custard slices. They are not part of my breakfast! If only they were syn free!

S: Banana and muller

L: Egg mayo (10 syns) tomato, baguette (17 syns)


D: Quorn sausage mash, mfa and cheese (hexa2 + b2) and beans (f)

Well day 3 done.

I'm so proud of myself. This is the first time in 9 months ive stuck to a plan for 3 days. I feel amazing! Here are all the pics that wouldn't attach earlier.

I just cant get over why it has just clicked this time. Trying not to count my chickens before they hatch. Im not saying I'll be perfect forever. But I'm gonna try my hardest and take the rough with the smooth. Soent all evening doing housework to and it has given me a real chance to think with clarity about what I wamt from my life and I'm gonna keep reminding myself and keeping myself on track.

I just wanted to also say thank you to all you ladies who have stick with me. I know I've been such a pain by chopping and changing and constantly moaning. Thank you all for putting up with me. I couldn't of coped without you lot.

You're amazing and I'm truly lucky.

Anyway now I've finished being a soft sod I'm off to bed.

Haha I know! Im such a wet blanket at times! Haha.

To others it may not seem like much of an achievement. But to me sticking to plan is a big thing and the first step to a lighter me.

Trying to train my brain to look at things differently. And by breaking my journey down. My next goal is to do 1 whole week 100%.

I love the fact my small goals are easily achievable so I always feel like ive accomplished something. Sad I know!

Day 4 and 5 for us!! Cant believe its day 4 on plan already xx

Im happy for you too love! I know youve been trying so hard and ww just wasnt working for you and you were feeling bad about yourself and getting annoyed that you couldnt stick to it.

But we are doing it now!!

So did I. Prefer to use them like a bank. Because I tend to have high syn days then a low one. Then a high one. Means that when I have a high syn day I dont feel like ive blown it. Xxx

Wel thats what counts honey! Like yesterday I had an egg mayo baguette. Thats like 27 syns and techinically I would of blown it. But had 60 to ise so was well within and just what I fancied!!

Love your optimistic diary. Understand how hard it is to stick to plan. Tried to lose weight for like a year with nothing happening and then I found SW and something just clicked although some days it can still be very hard when there is such calorific delish out there!

Aww thank you lovely. I was very successful in the autumn with ww. It just annoyed me that I couldnt stick to any plan in this year.

Not sure what has clicked this time but not complaining. Haha!
