I've read that's it's good to mix you cal Intake up - I'm wondering if you do this for an entire week or just have a day a week with increased calorie allowance?!
I can't tell you it works personally until this friday but i have a low cal intake for 4 days a week and then have a higher calorie intake at the weekend last week i lost 6lbs which was great but the real teller will be this friday x
