Calorie Counting Diary - Mini Goals

Although I am veggie that is the kind of tea I like - just change the prawns for tofu or something.
Great 100% day.

We will be back in Spain in 2 and a half weeks so I don't have that long to go - we have had a place there for 20 years and used to spend all our time there - we are on Costa del Sol.

It was lovely! And the philly lightest made it really creamy. Proper comfort food and felt like I had loads of pasta because the sauce bulked it out so much. Thanks Systema, it felt good to have a day 100% on track. Here's hoping I have lots more lol.

Aw, that sounds lovely. Hope you have a fab time! We usually go to majorca or Nerja in spain so we are trying something new this year. Sure as long as it is sunny and spending it with my family we will have a fab time no matter where we are :D xxx

Thank you Kay, well considering I had a badish week and the god damn TOTM fairy made her appearance last night I was at 11.8lb this morning, so don't actually think that's too bad considering how bloated and heavy I feel (and no PF appeared! How annoying!) So hoping I will get back down to 11.5, the lowest I've been, next week. Fingers crossed! xxxx
 
Good thought ! It is really good that you are planning to keep the track of your calorie in take. It will surely help you in decline of excess weight.
 
Aww hun don't be so hard on yourself. When I went to group this week there were loads of people that had gains over Easter. And because were human its not easy to go from all that sugar to zero, were all going through withdrawals and are bound to blip back and forth before we are proper on it 100%. It's a bit like the aftershocks after an earthquake lol :D. Your body has weeks of goodness then we put chocolate and other rubbish into it over Easter and then it says `Oh hello ' wakes up the carb monsters and then we say `no that's it you can't have anymore' and try and slam the lid on it, hoping they will go away and they do but it takes time. Hope I'm making sense :). It's probably better to have some chocolate and get it out of your system. I think now you will be more focused for Monday knowing you still have a chance to lose. You still have a good amount of time for a fab loss, that's the little demon in our head saying, you've blown it now, might as well throw in the towel, what's the point in trying, don't listen to that voice, listen to the voice that says I'm the same person that has lost 11lbs and I can beat this and I will ! :p

Hi Kirsty, I've just been having a catch up on your diary. I have everything crossed for a great week for you and a big loss this time next week! Every time you think of eating something that you know you really shouldn't, just remember I will be here to kick your butt if you do hahaha! I'm only joking but let's try to have a 100% week together eh? Good luck!

Aw thank you. Me too. I want to be back down to 11.5 (where I was) and then some! I can do this!!!! And so can you! Haha. I'm so glad to have you back and help motivate me. I got some dairy milk out of my drawer at work to eat and then basically chucked it at one of my colleagues to eat before I could change my mind haha. And yes. 100% week sounds fab! Fingers crossed for weigh in a week today! And.... i don't think I have any cakes this week (If I have I've forgotten, oops) so there shouldn't be any temptation either! Really hoping for a good loss come monday and a fab loss for you too.

A lot of my RC class went out for the group leaders Birthday last night and there was no veggie option so I didn't go - after looking at the menu don't think there will be many who will have lost tomorrow. Lots of sauces, dips and cream puds and suppose the wine would have been flowing :D

(although at one point I got a row of dairy milk out of my drawer this morning that I keep for emergencies, tried to put it in my mouth, then stopped myself, threw it to a colleague to eat before I could change my mind and had an alpen light bar instead!)

Well, yesterday was a fab food day! Feeling very happy and proud of myself. I swapped my usual snacks for fruit! :eek:

Monday 28th April

Breakfast - 300g Strawberries, alpen light bar, Tea with semi-skimmed milk, 2 sweetners (165cals)
Dinner - WW tomato soup, 4 crackerbreads, 2 extra light triangles, Skips, Banana (358cals)
Tea - Chicken and mozarella wrap pizza, 110g skinny chips (par boiled, baked in frylight), Salad, Extra Light mayo (547cals)

Snacks - 2 mints, 1 royal gala apple, 1 mini milk (129cals)

Total - 1,199 calories.
