, how are you hun ? Oh I think exercise will work fab for you along with CC
. I have also heard some of my friends say swimming slows their losses a bit. I think because your builds muscle, but its excellent for toning the whole body, great to do before a holiday. For everyday exercise I think gym is fab ! Even with that you will find the first week your loss will be slow because your body is adjusting, but keep at it and the weight will start dropping off as your metabolism sky rockets ! You will burn calories a lot faster. Could not recommend it enough. You will become an addicted gym bunny before you know it. I find a lot of people that are reluctant to start it are the ones that enjoy it the most once they get going. Defo give it a try hun, summer is the best time to join, so many fit bodies to look at lol, that's always an incentive !
