Calorie Counting Diary - Mini Goals

Hi! I'm sure you will be! You are doing so well, and got so motivated straight after coming back off your hols, so that is brill! Aw wow. That's good then, hopefully you will help each other along :D

I know, I'm useless lol. Aw, thank you. I had some really flattering dresses so think that helped haha. You should!! It would be nice to put a face to you. :D If you change yours, I'll change mine...... lol.

Thank you! I know. I have to admit it is really hard, but not as hard as I thought. Missing my hot choccies most, actually, I'm missing everything the most haha! But I want to stick it out for this week as I've been doing so well and it's only 2 more days. And then I will see what my weigh in is like and decide from there but I may have to reintroduce some sugar/hot choccies as I am really missing them. But if I see a fab loss it may just motivate me to carry on! Thanks, I'm really proud of myself too, I've been soooo good. Really hope it pays off.

When we were coming back home on Sunday I felt really down about starting back on diet tbh and didn't think I'd be able to do it and I was actually thinking of having Monday off as well but once I had weighed myself and got a horrible shock, decided to jump straight in and and I'm now so glad that I did as losing those lbs the last few days has really given me the motivation to go go go onwards and definitely downwards! :)

Ok I'll show you mine if you show me yours then lol! Will have a look for a pic this aft xx

Don't be worried, I honestly think you will have got your 3.5lb gain off and probably a little more!! You are going to do excellent! Keep doing what you're doing. Haha. Hey Kirsty :p, I like nutty bunny, I think that suits me perfectly ! I'm having an ok day, as well as can be a day before weigh in, trying to stay calm lol. I will pop along to wish u and do u have a diary too ? :p I would love for you to come and say hi on mine, I could really do with some support this week :D, I have my operation next week and will be off for a while, so this is my last shot to have a good loss. It's weigh in tomorrow morning for me so feel a bit anxious. You probably have read from what I tell Kirsty, I gained 3.5lbs at last weigh in and May was not a good month for me. I lost my 4 stone and want it back so badly :rolleyes:. Anyway enough of my ramblings, hope u have a lovely day hun :).

So far my week back on diet has been brill. Loving being back within points and losing too so can't be bad! My weigh day is Tuesday so a few more days left to do some damage this week. It was lovely to see you on my diary and yes, of course I will pop over to yours! I did have a peek a few weeks ago actually but didn't like to intrude lol! Sorry you are having an op next week hun, will go have a read on your diary to find out what that's all about ;)

Well good luck for weigh in tomorrow! Really hope you get a good loss this time. You should do after all your efforts!

Breakfast - Melon, cherries (66cals)
Dinner - Ham salad with skinny coleslaw (212cals)
Tea - Spicy, tomato spaghetti with 35g chorizo (606cals)

Snacks - Banana, apple, 2 tangerines (234cals)

Total - 1,118 cals

Also, teeny bit of cake mixture and buttercream to test again, and took even more willpower to stop at a taste today than it did yesterday. It's just as well I checked it as well because it needed more milk adding! xxx

I was 12.5, this morning i was 11.13 1/2! :) so 5 1/2 lost! Woo hoo!

It definetely does! I was a bit naughty on saturday with rocky road but got straight back on it yesterday so it's all good :)
