Calorie Counting Diary - Mini Goals

You're welcome and I'm glad some of my waffle helps lol!

Fruit is a great idea hun. I am really enjoying fruit with things like yoghurts, squirty cream and low fat custard. I have a bowl of something like that after my tea most days and it actually stops me wanting more of the naughty stuff. Most of the time ;) Have you tried the little meringues with it? They really add that little bit extra. I sometimes have the sugar free jelly with it too, it makes a yummy and filling pudding.

I'll probably have a deli wrap for lunch, not sure about filling yet, got a hot choc for this aft and we are having burgers, waffle and beans for tea. Yum! How about you? xxx

You don't waffle at all and it really does help :D

Yeah. I know. Had some kiwi and rasps for my breakfast with onken natural yoghurt. Low cal too so that's good. I really enjoyed it. Then just had a couple of crackerbreads and cucumber sticks and some pea pods (love them!!) for my dinner. Yum yum. Another hot choc this afternoon and some more fruit and yoghurt and I should be doing ok!

Yummy. Burgers and waffles sounds yummy!!! Not sure what I'm having yet as think I'll be going to netball so may need a snack before that to keep me going we'll see. Then maybe a salad or a quick ww meal or something. xxxx
 
Well done on a great day yesterday. Food sounds good as always :) I love a jelly and a yoghurt at night time helps keep the sweet tooth at bay. Xx

Thanks Rach! Yes. I love jelly too but haven't had it in a while. I'll have to make some!! And I like quark with low cal hot choc mixed in. It's yummy! xxxx

Yep. it's yummy. About 3 tsps of sweetner with low cal hot choc and quark on top of an alpen light as the biscuit base and then topped with rasps. It's very yummy!!xxx

Hi kay! You ok my nutty bunny??! I'm good thanks are you? I've not started yet. Still at the old one unfortunately lol. Last day here is the 25th. Woo hoo!!! Food plan is finally back on track after being naughty!! How about you? Are you ok? xxxx

Dinner - 4 crackerbreads with 2 extra light laughing cow triangles, cucumber sticks, pea pods (226cals)
Tea - Creamy tomato pasta with prawns (love this!!) (495cals)
Snacks - 8 mini eggs, low cal hot choc, strawberries, rasps, yoghurt, 2 chocolate fingers (303cals)

Total - 1,194 cals

Managed a 2nd day on plan. Phew!! xxx

Hi all my lovely mini friends. I've taken Sammy's advice and I'm posting what happened yesterday here for you all to see. I could cry I'm so upset :( TOTM also isn't helping.

Well after 2 days on plan I failed again!!! I'm useless and now heavier than ever. Basically I had to go see my horrible aunt from france (the one that called me fat a few years ago), she had brought loads of clothes over for me and sister and mam to try on as she no longer fits in them because she's got bigger!! And I had 2 hours of her basically telling me I was fat. She kept picking things out and saying try these but they may be too small for you and then applauding me if I fit in them, I felt so stupid and fat. And then she would pick things up and say, no, don't bother trying this on, you won't fit in it, or it's too thin for you, I'll ask your sister to try it. I felt so humiliated and like such an idiot. So really it should have spurred me on right then and there but I just feel like sh** now and eating junk. I have had easter egg choc this morning just because! I need to sort myself out!

I would love to lose loads before the next time she comes back at christmas so I can be like haha!! In your face. Haven't wrote on my diary though. Feel too ashamed and embarassed to admit I went off plan again, and got on the scales, they were at 12 and a half stone!! When I started this bloody diet I was 12.2!! I'm such a failure, I could cry. :cry:

You are not a failure! You are here, you can identify what has gone wrong and you are going to take the steps to change things! To be honest, your nasty aunt sounds like she was trying to make herself feel better since she got bigger. Either way, turn your anger and upset into motivation - you really can show her by Christmas how much you've changed. Shame changing our personalities is a lot harder though, eh? Silly woman...

You are not a failure. I think ( and shoot me down if you want ;) ) your aunt is a failure and she has failed you. No one has the right to make you feel so bad. That was very very wrong. Pick yourself up and dust yourself off. Do this for you not for her! ! But I would still rub it in her face come Christmas when you have lost a load of weight. Chin up lovely. Onwards and downwards! !! Xx

Please do not feel bad or like you have failed, you recognize that you want to change and i think that is the first step and you are doing this for yourself not others approval, we all have hard days and make bad choices but that is part of learning and developing our lifestyles into healthier and lighter people. We all fall off at times the main thing is to draw a line and use the feeling to help motivate you for another good week and take one day at a time x
 
Oh no Kirsty :(, big hugs from your nutty bunny :bighug:. I hope you've taken on board what everyone has said and I agree with all of them. We will all face negativity at some point in our life, unfortunately there are people out there that don't want to see us do well. Surround yourself with what's important to you. Do things that uplift your spirit and give you a positive feeling inside. You have and always will have, tremendous support on mins, so keep coming on here for the positivity from all your friends. You are staring a new job soon too which is brilliant and you will be so much happier. You have hols coming up too, to look forward to :). With the weightloss take it a day at a time hun. Don't focus on how much you have gained, that's in the past now. Look forward to how much you can achieve by Christmas :p, and then think of your aunts face when she sees you lol . I'm sure her expression will be priceless ! Use that to motivate you forward.

You are the same person that's lost amazing amounts in the past and you will do it again. I am always here whenever you want to chat hun, you can pm me anytime. I hope your feeling better today, I will pop by later to see how your getting on. Hope you have a lovely week ahead ;).

Hi Rach, thanks for your message. And yes, I know what you mean. She only comes over twice a year or so but when she does she always has something to say! Don't worry. I'm dusting myself off and back on it today with a new found motivation. I have 5 weigh ins till my holiday so let's try and kick butt until then! How are you getting on? xxx

Hi my nutty bunny!! How are you? And I know. I have. I love all my mini friends, you are all fab!!!! I know. Really excited to start it and I know I'm going to really enjoy it, will just have to have lots of mints on hand to resist the sugary snacks and constant temptation of food lol. I'm taking the weightloss a day at a time but going to try and lose as much as posssible before my holidays. I'm going to see how it goes though and not put any pressure on myself.

Feeling better today thanks Kay, had a lovely weekend completely off plan and I'm back today with a new found motivation and ready to kick butt!
