Fruit is a great idea hun. I am really enjoying fruit with things like yoghurts, squirty cream and low fat custard. I have a bowl of something like that after my tea most days and it actually stops me wanting more of the naughty stuff. Most of the time Have you tried the little meringues with it? They really add that little bit extra. I sometimes have the sugar free jelly with it too, it makes a yummy and filling pudding.
I'll probably have a deli wrap for lunch, not sure about filling yet, got a hot choc for this aft and we are having burgers, waffle and beans for tea. Yum! How about you? xxx

Yeah. I know. Had some kiwi and rasps for my breakfast with onken natural yoghurt. Low cal too so that's good. I really enjoyed it. Then just had a couple of crackerbreads and cucumber sticks and some pea pods (love them!!) for my dinner. Yum yum. Another hot choc this afternoon and some more fruit and yoghurt and I should be doing ok!
Yummy. Burgers and waffles sounds yummy!!! Not sure what I'm having yet as think I'll be going to netball so may need a snack before that to keep me going we'll see. Then maybe a salad or a quick ww meal or something. xxxx
