Exhausted!! Left for work at half 6, got in at half 6. Couldn't even be bothered to eat tonight and had to force myself. Opened laptop and think I'll be working till well after 10! Friday cannot come quick enough!!

Lost 1lb at weigh in this week, really disappointed as I've been good and stuck to points. Had a really tough week at work so haven't posted. Been doing 12 hour days most days and had a couple of panic attacks at work. Was a miracle I didn't binge (at all!) which is why I'm so gutted it's just 1lb. Anyway, next week is half term

Hey, I'm back! Managed to lose 3lbs this week, think it's all the walking as did around 12k almost everyday. Plus avoided cakes, deserts, fry ups etc and stuck to toast, calorie sandwich for lunch and main meal on the night, although we ate out every night! Now I'm back I'm feeling extremely low and the sick feeling has set in already about going back to work How long to go!?

Oh my days. I am dreading tomorrow. Feel sick, my stomach is churning and I've got a rash.... I'm allergic to the place!!

I'm not sure how much I like NC, although I'll stick with it for the week and see what happens. Feels like points anyway as I'm still weighing to try and sort portion control!
