Once I'm back at work tomorrow is when I'll really struggle to stay on plan so I've made a summer motivation board to keep me on track

It's the stress and hours I work that make it hard for me, as I'm a definite comfort eater! After a 10-12 hour day sometimes only junk will do! xx
I'm usually at work for 7 and get home 5.30-6 ish. Nearly always do something once I'm in too, roll on the next half term
