Saturday 9th April

Lost 3lbs this morning taking me in to the 14s! Super happy :) :) :)

Breakfast - 7 SP
2 crumpets (6)
1 tsp lurpak lightest (1)

Lunch - 4 SP
Flatbread (3)
3 Lean bacon medallions (1)
1/2 tbsp sauce (o)

18 SP and 24 weeklies left for tonight!
Off out for drinks/cocktails/food - so will use remaining weeklies and dailies for these. Weigh day = treat day :)

Ending on 26/31 SP :)

Once I'm back at work tomorrow is when I'll really struggle to stay on plan so I've made a summer motivation board to keep me on track :)

What's on your summer motivation board? Is it pictures? I find I stay on track easier at work than I do when I am home x
 
Just pasted loads of pics of outfits for my hol and stuff I'd like to wear lol!

It's the stress and hours I work that make it hard for me, as I'm a definite comfort eater! After a 10-12 hour day sometimes only junk will do! :) xx

I love the sound of your board, such a great idea! Your days sound very long, I'm normally out the house from 0730 till about 1600 so not too bad but always find myself doing work in the evenings! X
 
I'm usually at work for 7 and get home 5.30-6 ish. Nearly always do something once I'm in too, roll on the next half term :)

Dinner was yummy, but not very filling!

35 days sounds good to me! There's a bank hol and election day in there too... so 33! :)

1/2 tub dolmio sun-dried tomato stir in light - 2

Snacks - 4 SP

2 seeded crackers - 3

I love that dolmio sauce! It's one of the only bought sauces which I will buy for us. Your lunch seems very light/small, does it keep you filled up enough? I'm glad u survived the first day, hope your second day goes just as well! X
 
It's one of the only ones I buy too, just really easy and better than a takeaway!! It did not fill me up lol so I took pops today too! I'm wary of eating too much bread as it really bloats me, so need to have a look around for other snacky bits to go with my lunch. (Hate fruit and yoghurts lol!!) Any ideas?
