Managed a 1 lb loss this morn.... Just. Quite pleased with that considering I'm due on and still feel really icky.... Hopefully once I do come on it will settle down.
Saturday 16th April
Breakfast: 6 SP
2 sainsburys crumpets - 5 sp
1 tsp lurpak lightest - 1 sp
Lunch: 6 SP
Flatbread - 3
Bacon - 1
cheese string- 2
Dinner: 19 SP for weigh day treat - chill wraps and wedges!
125g mince - 3
chilli tomato sauce - 2
40g cheese - 3
2 stand and stuff tortillas - 5
100g mccain spiced wedges - 6
31/31 SP
Have all 42 weeklies left, so will use them for T.V snacks tonight as we are having a night in
