Monday 2nd April - No work yay :D

Up late again so just a quick snack before shopping for holiday clothes :)

Lunch - 6 SP
subway chicken tikka salad - 3
sauce - 3

Dinner - 11 SP
Chicken - 2
125g steamed rice - 4
mayflower - 3
mini naan

Snacks - 5 SP
Crisps - 3
Milk - 2

I'm a failure :( 30 DS didn't happen due to a mega busy day! Only just sat down now gonna make dinner when I've had a cuppa! Will DEF do it tomorrow after work! Did have a NSV though, tried on a dress I couldn't fit into last summer and it fits :) I usually go to Sainsburys/tesco/asda depending on what I/we need as they all stock different stuff! Been meaning to try Aldi for ages too. Hope your day was good :) xx

We changed to Aldi last year but soon went back to Asda, we both got bored with the limited choice.

Lunch - 2 bacon medallion seeded thins - 8

Dinner - bbq pulled pork pizza - 10sp - very very excited for this!!

Snacks - crisps -3sp and milk 2sp

I'm finding SP really easy I wish I'd stuck at it properly the other times I've tried it as it really works :) It's the best diet I've ever done :) You could add some more roasted veg to the pizza like mushrooms, courgette etc :)

I'm not off tomorrow :( Have a training day although we have been promised an early-ish finish :D xx

I'm a great believer that a diet will only work when it's the right time, this is your time for SP. I only have to look at last year to see how much time I wasted but this year PP clicked for me. I can't believe you still have to go in for training, how early do you think early ish will be? X

24/30 - a little low today but weigh in tomorrow and don't want to have bread for points. I miscalculated the bake as thought it was more than 8!
