Calories don't count on a weekend... (I wish.....)

3lbs loss this morning - very happy :) Can't help thinking it's my dodgy scales though and they're lying to me! :)

M&S Pastrami flatbread

Dinner: Sweet and sour chicken with egg fried rice and prawn crackers - can't wait for this! :) Only 15SP!

25g crackers - 4

Snacks: 2 SP
100ml milk for drinks of tea

Well Done on your FAB loss! Said you had nothing to worry about didn't I! It just goes to show the plan does work, it doesn't matter what you spend your points on its just a case of sticking to the allowance! Your fakeaway sounds great, got to love a fakeaway! What tv snacks will you have? X
 
Not sure yet.... might make some hot dogs in ww petit pains with those heck sausages and crisps :) Love that you can make nice stuff on ww :)

Going to try and start my couch to 5 k app again next week, drink more water and have a little less bread :) :)

Oooo I like the sound of those yummy sounding snacks! WW is such a loveable plan, I failed miserable at SW as I got bored of the list of allowed foods and didn't like to use my Syns on 'normal' food. What's Couch to 5k? Your plan sounds great whatever it is! I was meant to be sorting my tip of a Garden but don't really feel well enough and the weather isn't great either x
 
It's an app that trains you to run 5 k in 9 weeks. Start of running/walking then build it up to all running :)xx

That sounds pretty awesome! Never heard of it before x

I hear u with the Sunday blues :( I love Poached Eggs, you should get silicone pods, makes it a doddle to do. X
 
Ah think I may need to invest. The pan was just awash with bits of floating egg! Just had crackers so ending on 26 SP. Going to start the 30 day shred tomorrow... the before and after pics look motivational on google... :) Hope your day has been good x

I've done the 30DS before, it does get easier after about Day 5! I got my Pods in B&M, you get 2 for 99p x

I think I'm going to have crackers or a packet of pops. I set myself a challenge of no chocolate before this hen weekend and so far haven't really missed it but there are loads of Malteaser bunnies in the cupboard that may get eaten!!

I can't actually remember how much I lost doing it?!? I just remember being very 'solid' afterwards so my clothes did look and feel better on me! X

Work at home sucks! Is yours mostly marking? Mine is always prepping resources ready for the following day, it's so annoying!

Your food looks great for today! I'm addicted to crumpets at the moment, have one every day with my breakfast!!!!
