Cambridge diet buddy?

Wow!!! That's made me want to go out jogging at 5 am before my baby gets up lol will I do it though? I hope so! I may go jogging tonight whilst he's in bed!

I've weighed myself because my CDC is on holiday and I lost 4lbs this week (second WI) that's alright isn't it? Xxxx

do it! be gentle with yourself and jog/walk..... it feels great when you get in :)

4lbs is amazing, well done! :) Keep going!!! I think I would be lost if my CDC ever went on holiday, I really look forward to my weigh ins.
 
Cool I'm gonna do it tonight :) I've heard if you jog then walk then jog then walk Etc its better than just jogging straight out? It feels good losing weight - any weight because before if I lost a lb in 1 week I'd be so happy lol
 
I know, I had just hoped for more!

I haven't done any exercise but my cdc told me today I shouldn't be doing any exercise that makes me sweaty add its to much on so few calories and should only do anything that makes me warm! She said I need to wait a few weeks or will end passing out!

Do you use ketosticks? What colour do yours go?
 
Aww hunny, what week u on? maybe next week will make up for this weeks loss? I have an exercise bike getting dusty, I may use that from now on, get moving a bit more to accelerate my loss a bit xxxx
 
Hiya Charlie, this was my third week weigh in on the diet... I've still lost just over a stone in 3 weeks, but I had hoped for some of the fantastic losses you see on here! My cdc thinks I may be drinking too much water... How much does everyone else each day?
 
Wow well I would be happy to lose that next week!!! :) and yer just think of how much you've lost so far! :) I'm drinking about 2 litres and a glass so probably the recommended amount? How much u drinking?? Xxxx

FYI u can never drink 'too' much water - it's better If u drink more as it stops water retention. Why don't u buy a workout DVD and do some at home it really helps. I went walking today for half hour (moderate) it was nice maybe start some of that? I try and drink about 2.5-3L a day and I told my CDC and she said good don't change it. U will start seeing a diff soon :) dnt give up x

Ps: Mine turn the third colour from the negative one - u? It varies unless I have drunk too much water lol
 
I've probably been having 4 to 6 litres a day... Can't drink enough!

I did get that video, 30 day shred by the woman who trains them on biggest loser but my cdc said no! Maybe I should do it anyway?!?!?

Omg Jilian DVD? 20min circuit training? I have that one tooooo!!! I asked my CDC she said good do the toning bit more as it's good for u.. She was ok with it :s I think u should gradually introduce exercise into ur regime - slowly not crazy lol make sure u have one of the sachet befor u do start. I think that colour is ok. I still have yet to rid of my flabby :( lol x

It is hard but it gets easier as it goes along. The cardio lasts for two min and it's not as intense if I feel weak I stop take a rest. I don't go crazy over it so u shouldn't either xx
 
Well I may have a go in a minute, if I can get my lazy bum up off the sofa! Well def take it easy to start with, I'll let you know how I get on!
 
Omg you have brought a tear to my eye . You sound so happy and it has made me really smile and I'm sure it has with others who have read your comment .
I'm new to cd and I'm doing ss+ , my 1st day was today and I feel good .
After reading your comment I feel extremely motivated .

As others have said a loss is a loss! Chin up, you will level out at the end of the month I'm sure :)

In my book that 3 pounds which is very respectable! Go for a walk/ jog it will make you feel better! I looked at that shred thing, but think my wife would just laugh at me!! :)

Right off for some outdoor running/ exercise :)

at the moment, i am ready to collapse... think i may be seeing stars!!! i have just done jillian michaels 30 day shred, part 1! and i am exhausted and knackered and kinda light headed!!! but im also aching and feeling like i have done something!!! assuming i can still move tomorrow i reckon i may try it again.... your right Bayboy, i do feel better =0)

Heres going for a fabulous 4th weigh in next week!!!!!

Sara, have you tried jillian's 30 day shred yet????

Woo hoo you ;) yes today was my first day - the squats are hard and it kills but it makes u feel better ;) I will be doing it 3x per week as I dnt want my body to get used to it and not tone lol.. May do Pilates for half hour tomorrow :) how did u find it? Chug the water lol x
