Cambridge diet!!

Hey everyone I'm Charlene from Wales! Started Cambridge diet today and my god I'm hungry! Working three nights to so had to save some shakes for while I'm in work! Was wondering if I could have a rough idea how good the weight loss is as in how much can u lose on average a month? Would love some tips if any are available:)!! Xx
 
Hey there, I'm new to the site and on day 5 of the Cambridge Plan. The first 3 days are hard but I felt great yesterday! I don't know what I've lost yet as I don't get weighed until tomorrow but I can actually feel and see a difference already. Just drink as much water as you can, I'm drinking at least 4 litres a day, it really helps stave off the hunger pangs. I'm not hungry this morning and last had a shake at 9pm yesterday. Good luck and stick with it!!!
 
Aww well done I'm on day four feel better than the first few days!! The more water u drink I found is better I can't wait to get weighed lol!! Not till next Monday tho. Good luck with your weighing?! I'm going out sat its guna b hard to not drink around all my friends lol xxx
 
Keep going with it :) I lost 12lb and 4" off my tummy in 5 days!! And today I know I've lost more through the day as my jeans that were too tight on Sunday, now can be taken off WITHOUT unfastening them haha. Best of luck with your weigh in, it's really worth persevering.

Bloody starving lol I am determined but jeez I'm hungry lol thought was ment to get easier! Long twelve weeks on step 1 ahead b worth it in the long run! Found myself smoking alot more to! Hope your doing ok:) xxx
 
Charlene,well done on an amazing loss. I found that I was the most hungry during the 2nd week and then it was like my body adjusted by week 3.

Doing ok. Have weigh in on sat. Day 4 of no smoking has passed and I am still alive so all is good :)
 
Hi guys loving ur losses I start a VLCD diet mon can't wait but not looking forward to the first 3/4 days, lots of water seems to be the secret weapon from what I have read.
 
Hey guys good luck with starting the diet Hun :) omg no smoking you are amazing duno how u have given up as well as this diet?! I was told
Not to do any exercise as I'm on step1 three shakes a day! However I'm worried with how fast the weight loss is if I don't do exercise will still have excess skin that I can't tone??? Any suggestions xxx
 
Hmmmm could light weights be an option? It would be minimal impact but starting to strengthen and tone?

I decided to quit the ciggies at the same time as food is restricted and I can't go all kick ass on my pantry. 2 birds with 1 stone and all that. Will see in the morning how well I have refrained myself ;-)
 
Linz, yep water is essential to keep hunger at bay. I am drinking at least 2 liters a day now (coming from someone who only drank coffee or diet coke). It really does help. Good luck for Monday. Xx
 
Having a really bad night! Really want to eat something...:-( all my friends are out drinking etc gutted lol this messes up so much with the social life! Pjs bath and bed for me it is x

But in the morning u will feel sooooo good from sticking to the plan and they will be hung over and feeling like #!!* !! :angel09:

I travel alot with work and today is my first night away its going to be hard to resist spending my night in restaurant with a glass of wine but needs must as my holiday is 10 weeks away!

Wanted to join a forum for moral support through the tough times!
