Aw thanks for asking! Yes, I feel much better. Scratchy throat and a cough but don't feel so weird!
I was planning on going running today but a extra long staff meeting killed that off! Maybe tomorrow ... Stay well all and stay on plan! X
 
Well I have had a good food and water week although sadly cough cough can't run!
But sneaky peak today is hinting 1.5 off which would FINALLY be my 2 stone off!!! I shall however wait until I can claim that on a Sunday at my official wi on mini's!!!
Sigh. I hope I get there this Sunday!

But hope that the scales are right and that you get the 2 stone.
Eat melon all day tomorrow and see if gets some more off.

Hello! Lurking away and feeling over busy! Work ( teaching) is good but pretty full on. Food ... Ok if I can count tortilla chips, dips and a magnum ice cream today as free food ;-)
Not running either at the mo, I will get going again at the end if term. BUT a lovely friend I haven't seen for 3 weeks came round couple of nights ago and gave me big and and said. ' lovely to see you... What's left of you !!' love him !!

Ha ha

Tomorrow going for a curry with a very old best mate. Can't wait to see her. She needs to lose about 3 stone for elective surgery but hasn't got started yet. I hope that she will feel inspired by my loss and get her going.

Enough ramble ! You did ask! Lol

Ah good, certainly sounds as if you have been busy. A magnum is free isn't it? ;-). Catching up with old friends is always nice. I am sure you can inspire your friend, use the force! :)

But yes, thanks for asking, it has all been very busy my end, though today I've been a right lazy mare. I'm about to do the ironing (which seems to be endless) though, to try and salvage something of the day.

Well, only next week left of term and I can get my focus back! Lost about 6 lbs so that's ok and a few people noticed :)

I am not being nearly as strict about the plan now and not been running. Partly too busy, tired and lots to do with being happier with myself. I was 12.8 and I am now 10.6. I would still like to be under 10. Last night hubby declared that once the school hols start he will do sw with me properly! That will be great and give me some focus. No doubt he will lose 5 lbs in the first week and be done but it will still be good! Getting excited to get exercising and toned again. Just going to try hold it together for another week !!

Better go cut up a grapefruit :)

Hiya! So sweet of you to ask ! I am eating my body weight in chocolate!! It's so yummy but I am sure it is making me feel really crappy and I seem to have no energy. I am sure it is all the sugar. I will try to do better today. Yes, can't wait for hols so I can sleep more and have time to make nice healthy food! I need to exercise too.
I was going to join the gym but my nurse said I need to see doc about my heart :-( so I think I ought to do that first. I hope to get there today.

I need to be back in control !!

Oh starts sw with me tomorrow, but he is also training for London to Brighton so I will need to make sure he eats enough. He has been helping me eat the chocolate which brought out the monster in me when I found he had given away loads of quality street!!! Lol

Right, giving myself a chance to succeed today! Had egg, beans and toast for brekkie. Will have banana and apple for snack, got two, yes two! Containers of veg soup, a muller light and a 5 syn yummy cereal bar to break up into it. I will do my very best to avoid the crap today so that I know I am in control !!
