Forwarding them the invoice from our landlord to prove that we didn't just make it up so hopefully they will accept that.
Done day 7 of the ab challenge (40 sit ups, 20 crunches, 20 leg raises - these are TOUGH, 25 second plank), wall sit challenge (70 second wall sit done in one but legs shaking by the end of it), lunge challenge (50!!!!!), push up challenge (so making this one up as a I along as my push ups are counter push ups as I can't even do a girly one yet but don't mind so long as I do more each day than required to build up to it), tricep challenge (not sure I'm doing this one correctly but hard to do so must be doing something right?!?)
After that I did 10 minutes on the exercise bike but not really pushing myself with that.
on the other hand I weighed myself when I got back from work and I am the same weight as last Friday when being sooooo good over the weekend when I had family over. Bit demoralising. After how long into a new exercise regime do people think that the muscle gain weight vs. fat loss will level out as don't want to stay the same two weeks in a row :-( or maybe I am just not losing anything at all and exercise has nothing to do with it??????
