I'm so gutted today
Even though there's loads of reasons for it - have had such a crazy time being ill for the past 2 weeks, i weighed this morning & I've gained 1/2 lb - if i was plodding along nicely losing most weeks i really wouldn't let 1/2lb bother me that much BUT it means that I'm actually heavier than i was at the start of the month!! :'(
I'm doing that awful yo-yo with 3lbs & can't make progress - i just need to write this down even though i sound like a right whinge-bag
Over the whole 7weeks I've lost 9+1/2 lbs .... ok so when i think of it like that it sounds ok - it's right on track for the 1lb - 2lb a week aim... but I've still got to get 1lb off to get rid of the whole gain from 3weeks ago (i was at a total loss of 10 + 3/4 lbs)
Also i have a chart with stickers on my wall that OH made me & i haven't been able to stick anything on it in weeks!!!

I'm going to write my weekly break-down of losses & gains as I'm naughty & sometimes don't admit to a gain on here as I'm ashamed! I know u need to stop doing that as I'm doing this for myself & what's the point in lying in my own diary eh? Honesty & truth from now on!!
I also really appreciate viewing other people weekly stats run-down to see that the same thing happened to them & they still got through it even if it did take a few weeks

16th Aug - 20.11¾ +3¾Lbs:cry:= -7Lbs
17th Aug - 20.10¾ -1Lbs = -8Lbs
23rd Aug - 20.8¾ -2Lbs = -10Lbs
30th Aug - 20.9¼ +½Lbs :sigh:= -9½Lbs
Oh My gosh that looks like a whopping mess! All over the place!! Want to make it lovely & straight hehe (May play with excel later)
Ok well I hope I can get a loss next week - like I've said before - there is no option of giving up for me because of my future Op... usually this would get me really off track but that's not going to happen! Hope I can get moving a bit & wake up my metabolism after a week of bed rest!
OT - I'm loving this autumnal weather I'm all cosied up in fluffy cardies & baggy jeans again whoop! I'm not a Summer fan so I've been very lucky this year!
