Lunch - It was horrid & unsatisfying & NOT A VEGGIE BURGER!!! If it's a falafel pitta then your menu should say it's a falafel pitta gaaaaah
I got far too upset about this as it was the 1st time i'd been out in weeks because of being ill & we'd planned on going for a nice pub lunch.... it just went wrong, we tried a new place :(

It just led me to feel totally unsatisfied, and led me to use loads of points later to try & compensate for a sucky lunch :(

Well we live & learn! I feel silly for getting so upset but emotions & food go hand in hand for me - which is why i am the weight i am!
I'm going to try & learn from this & yes weeklies are there to be used - i just fedl like it was a very negative food day & didn't like going over by so much for something i didn't enjoy... still feel like i'm going to gain because of that day!

Don't be too hard on yourself sweetie, you are STILL within weeklies so don't get disheartened! i know what you mean about feeling like you wasted pp though :( just try and learn and think about how you feel now next time! whens your weigh in day?Xx

It feels so strange that i'm still within my weeklies even though i've eaten like a woman posessed this week! Still tracked everything though :)
My wi day is Mon/Tues but it's Totm & usually i don't weigh in as i'm a bloater & always gain in that week - just gets me down ... but i kinda want to see how using all my weeklies has affected my weight... but it will be bloat weight so all liezzzzzz! ;)

Ah maybe just wait till next week then :) just the fact youre tracking everything shows how much better your attitude to food is getting :) xx

I never get meat with my chinese either, not veggie but prefer it without :) Next day lunch sounds yum. Its my bday next week and im going out for chinese cannot wait! x

Butternut squash has been tamed! I attacked it with this crinkle cutting blade that has a handle - usually for making chips :)
Hard to describe it but it was sooooooo much easier than using a knife! Am quite exited to see how they turn out :) have avoided them for a while after my BNS breadknife injury :(

Think the crinkle blade is the way forward :) should of taken a photo!
I had some again tonight - will defo be having them more now I've got the hang of the prep :)
Tonight i put a few in a warby wrap with feta cheese & roast veg with a little squirt of salad cream - was delicious! :)
