Well survived 4 days and am on to day 5 of SS. I've not been in work and normally always struggle with temptation at home I find it much easier in work no time to think. However been 100% focused and have ploughed through the bad days and have come out the other side to now be in smelly ketosis :-x but that = pure fat burning mode so am secretly happy
