How did you do them? I prefer wedges personally. I just cut the spuds into wedges shapes, spray the pan with fry light put the wedges in and spray the tops with fry light and cook til they are done
 
but whats the difference between wedges and chips then?? they sound like they cooked exactly the same???

i made mine but cutting the chips boiling them for 5 mins, then put fry light on the tray put the chips on and they fry light the chips too then i put them on.

i hear your meant to do them for 20 mins but mine took like 40 mins before they even started going brown cause my oven only goes up to 200

did i do it right??? they was alright afew was burned and afew was ok lol
 
Yeah you cook them the same but I find the wedges cook better than the chips. I don't boil up the wedges just stick them straight in the oven
 
im struggling to eat my healthy extra so far. im only on day 2 but i know today i still wont fit them all in. does it make a difference??
 
My manager at work (lost 8 stone! yes 8 stone! through SW) and she told me that if you don't eat your HE's then you can use the HE's that you didn't eat and convert them to syns. Does that make sense?
 
Nooooooooooo you shouldn't trade HE's for Syns, that is a bad bad practice to get into. I don't doubt it worked for your boss but the reason we have HE's is to ensure we get all the fibre and calcium our bodies need. Try to use at least one of each either with meals or with snacks but DO NOT have Syns in their place.
 
i have a problem.... i keep having hypos (diabetic) and it means i have to eat sugary stuff to get my sugar level back up. and i had one last night and had to eat some stuff and i feel like everytime im gonna have a hypo its goin to ruin my chances for the week. :cry:
 
It won't ruin your chances at all. If you need the sugar then that is the most important thing. If you are worried about it then reserve some Syns each day for the sugary snack you need then you won't end up going over
 
I don't know much about diabetes so I wouldn't begin to advise you but you know what you need to do.
 
weigh in in a couple days although i dont feel asif ive lost anything :( but im carrying on with it still feeling veryyyy motivated.
