I will not use anymore syns today because of my tea, which I am probably overestimating, but hey it's better than underestimating!
So food pics of my brekkie and my food load for during the day - quite impressive huh?! I will post a pic of dinner tonight:

LOVE IT! Can identify with all of those but esp the BRA point!OK, I am at work and trying not to commence my filing, although the pile is huge and getting bigger, I cannot muster the thought of starting it, so I have thought of some things I want to change little everyday things that bug me and only happen because of my size. Mick and I are going on another cruise next Feb (we went on one this Feb, it was amazeballs but I gained 11lbs!) and so I want to lose 4 stone if possible, which I guestimated was 6lb a month, which I thought was quite do-able - so:
1. I want regular, hotel type towels to fit round me and not leave a gaping hole down the front, when we were on the cruise I tied them to the side and walked around the cabin like a crab so Mick wouldn't see my folds! In the end I used to steal the beach towels as they were bigger and fitted better, esp. towards the end of the cruise, the gape just got gapier!
2. I want to weigh less than Mick. He is 6 foot and stocky, yet I am still bigger than him!
3. I dont want to fret about the plane on the seatbelt not fitting. I have never had to ask for an extension yet and I dont plan to, although there have been some close shaves where I literally have to breathe in!
4. I hate sweating at the drop of a hat (or the sniff of exertion or warm weather!). This really bothers me. I tend to sweat on my face first, which is so embarassing.
5. I want it to be easier when I paint and clip my toenails. My big fat belly gets in the way.
6. I would love to wear a bikini - I haven't worn one since I was about 13.
7. My legs have always rubbed together at the very top - I don't want a huge gap between my legs, I think that looks weird - but I would like not to have to use chuffing anti-chafing cream (which doesn't really work anyhoo!)
8. I hate it that my bra cuts in around my chest and I have to re-arrange it a lot - I want a nice comfy bra.
9. Nice knickers! I want to wear some nice numbers, not the M&S apple catchers I currently wear for comfort reasons.
10. I need to think of a tenth to complete my list.... Oh yeah, I want to look at photographs of myself and not think "eurgh my chin, my tummy, my this my that" I want to think, "what a great photo, I look good".

D - Mexican Veggie Cheese Burger, Chips and Salad (HEB & HEA) - (2.5 for burger) (2 syns for ketchup and chilli sauce)
