well i didnt like to say too much as tbh i havent read stabilisation yet either! i just had a little brainwave for loosing more weight! but i think ceri was right when she said its tough on conso cos your not loosing weight! so gonna do what i am doing and get on with things.
i am back up to 9 stones 10lb today and it will probably be higher tomoz seen as tuesday is me starchy meal, yum yum x

so i took the kids to one 2 eleven today (kids play area) it was nice caught the bus into town with me mum and the boys let them play while me mum knitted and i read me magazine very chilled out day!
so yes mr cage fighter is very nice he has messaged me a couple of times but nothing eager beaver if you know what i mean. just gonna be friendly and see where it leads although i am in quite high demand lately lots of people messaging me and sending me texts so i am keeping all me options open and if i am honest not looking for anything other than fun so why shouldnt i just do lots of dates seems right up my street and much more fun! yay!
in the mood for food:
breakfast: dukan porridge
snack: apple
lunch: cheese and tom sarnie (from sainsburys)
dinner: prawns, with chilli and tom and onion and peppers with wholemeal pasta .... cannot wait yum yum yum
