Cheekychinchilla's food and stuff

Sunday:

Breakfast and first break: Banana. Shape Zero.
Weetabix and Choc Weetabix (HexB1 + 1), raisins (2), and Splenda.

Fruit tub to eat through the day: Strawberries, grapes, blackberries, and pomegranate.

Lunch: M&S veggie curry (2) with salad, peppers, cucumber, cress, beetroot, feta (HexA2), and dressing (0.5)
Morrison's Prawn Shells crisps (4.5)

Snack: Fibre Plus (HexB2)

Tea: 2 Quorn lamb grills, mashed potato, roast potatoes, carrots, peas, sprouts, and 4tsp of reduced salt gravy granules (4)

Treat: Reese's Pieces (11.5) and a toffee yogurt.

Drinks: Coffee (all milk HexA1) Diet Coke. Options (2)

I have no idea what week I'm on now. Pointless to count really seen as I somehow manage to mess up at least one day a week :rolleyes:
Anyway, one day at a time for me at the moment I think.

Monday:
Lunch: 2 Quorn sausages, 'fried' egg, half tin of beans, wholemeal toast (HexB1), a waffle (2.5), and tomato sauce (1)

Tea: Home made chilli with Mexican savoury rice, low fat cheese (HexA1), feta (half HexA2), salad, and dressing (0.5)

Snack: Bag of mini Oreo's (6)

Drinks: Coffee (milk rest of HexA2) Squash.

Syns used: 10

Exercise: Over an hour cleaning out the bunnies and pigs and de-poo'ing the garden.

Tuesday: I got weighed today. I lost 2lb :D :bunnydance: About bloody time lol!

Lunch: Morrison's veggie ravioli (horrible!! 2), jacket spud, salad, dressing (0.5), low fat cheese (HexA1)

Snack: Handful of grapes.

Tea: Mash, beans, Quorn fishcake (5.5), and low fat cheese (half HexA2)
Wholemeal bread (HexB1)

Snack: 2 Alpen lights (HexB2), banana, and a toffee yogurt.

Drinks: Coffee (milk as rest of HexA2) Diet Irn Bru. Squash.

Syns used: 9

Exercise: 50mins dog walking-25mins with each dog :chores016:

I have a new goal in mind. Obviously I still want to be able to comfortably fit in to my bridesmaid dress (preferably so it's a little big!)
But I had an idea the other day and I want to be able to fit in to my doggy dress and skinny cropped jeans by the time my friend has her hen party *gulp* The dress is a slim fit 14 and the jeans are a 12....and the party is the middle of June!! :eek: :eek:

What do we reckon??!

I have even bought a pair of black and white Converse to finish off this outfit. Feels very odd to be buying girly stuff!! Just hope it bloody well fits in time :eek:
 
Excellent loss!!! i reckon it'll give you the motivation to stick to plan 7/7 days a week now too, now things have started moving again!
Size 12-14 is doable if you are now a comfortable size 14 which I think you are (I can only get 14 in more generous shops, but I'm in denial that I'm a 16 ;) ), as long as you work at it hard until June.

Love the dress, going to have a nosy at the rest of that range on debenhams now... :)

Thanks for the encouragement guys!! I think it completely depends on the shop which size I'm in, but I am buying a lot of 14's. My top half is generally a size behind my bottom half though :rolleyes:

Went to the pics and for a meal with my friend and Mum today. Didn't go nuts, but I did have frozen yogurt for dessert :eek: Will write everything in here but will just count today as syns for today as well as my saved up ones.
Have another meal planned out for Friday night too. But as long as I try and at least attempt to make sensible choices it shouldn't be too bad.
 
Wednesday:

Lunch: Wholemeal toast, spaghetti, 2 Quorn sausages, and a 'fried' egg. Tomato sauce.

Starbucks: Tall, skinny caramel macchiato, with sugar free syrup. Two little chunks of Mum's cinnamon swirl.

At cinema: A small handful of Pret's Skinny Popcorn and half a bag of funsize Maltesers (I dropped them :()

Tea: Yasai Cha Han with miso soup and pickles. Edemame.
3 scoops of low fat frozen yogurt-2 chocolate and 1 passion fruit.

Drinks: Coffee. Diet Coke.

Exercise: Walking to and from bus stops and around town.
 
Thursday:

Lunch: 1 Weetabix and 1 chocolate Weetabix (HexB1 + 1), banana, raisins (2), Splenda, and skimmed milk (all milk HexA1)
Grapes, strawberries, and Shape Zero.

Tea: Pasta sauce made with a carton of herby tomatoes, broccoli, courgette, dwarf beans, aubergine, sweetcorn, spinach, peppers, and cherry peppers. (Have frozen two portions)
With wholemeal pasta and a Morrison's vegetable and tomato bake (3)
Feta and low fat cheese (HexA2)

Snacks: Morrison's mini shredded wheat (28g HexB2), with raisins (2), Splenda, and a splash of skimmed milk.

Drinks: Coffee. Squash. Diet lemonade. Options (2)

Exercise: 1hr5min run/walk with Dave up in the woods and meadow. Really pushed myself today and only really gave myself enough time to catch my breath before the next run. :) Knackered now :p

30min mostly slow walk with Ellie walking up to meet Mum from the bus stop.

Well had Friday evening off and pretty much all of yday (did have an SW friendly tea tho) today my meals have been SW friendly but we got Mum cake and chocolates and I had to help her with them :p

Have done an awful lot of walking though, esp today-did 1hr20mins up in the woods and meadow with Mum and Dave and just over 30mins with Ellie.

Back to it tomorrow. This week will be a completely 100% week :D

Back at work tomorrow and on an early :eek:
