Cheekychinchilla's food and stuff

Yeah I need to be honest with myself because last year I really wasn't! And not updating my ticker when I had a gain was really bloody stupid :eek:

I'm not sure whether I will actually want to go as far as 10st, but I would like to just so I can say I have a healthy BMI-for Dr's/heart consultant. But I need to see what I look like! So will reassess when/if I get to 11 and see how I feel then.

Lets do this eh?! :D

I understand not doing it though- I used to avoid it too because I found it so demoralising, but I'm trying to treat it as motivation to stay on track. Whether that'll work or not I don't know! I think the most important thing is for you to feel comfortable with your weight, if it happens to be within a healthy BMI range then I'm sure your doctor will be happy, but I think the way you feel is more important than that annoying chart! Haha, I'm impressed you found a cheerleader emoticon! Let's make her proud! xx
 
It just annoys me, esp when I go for my heart check ups that weight is always an issue. Never mind last time I went I'd lost over two stone :mad: So really I would like to be within the healthy BMI range for medical/health reasons, but then I really don't want to be all skinny and bony and look ill. So will have to see what happens really. Got quite a way to go before I have to start worrying about that though :p

Have had a nice day today. Had a decent lie-in but actually made it out of bed before midday :p
Sorted out the garage animals and had a shower to try and scrub the bits of dye off my scalp lol. It looks a bit better now!
Met Mum and we went in to town. Had tea in Wagamama's and then went to see Hugo-which was amazing!! Such a cool film and really surprised me :) Bought a small fruit salad and a yogurt but I was too full from my tea to eat it!

Got home and decided to do a couple of late night walks with the hounds :D

Need to find something to snack on as I've had bugger all syns :eek:

Lunch: 2 small jacket spuds, tin of beans, Quorn ham, and low fat cheese (HexA1)

Tea: Saien Soba, but they forgot the tofu :confused: So no syns as counting oil as HexB1 Score! And half a portion of edamame with salt.

Snack: Bear Nibbles (HexB2) and a Shape 0% (0.5) with 2 chopped strawberries and a few grapes.
Bag of Animal Biscuits (5)

Drinks: Coffee. Diet Coke. Options (2)

Syns used: 7.5
Syns left: 24.5

Exercise:
At least an hour of walking to and from bus stops and around town.
20min walk with Ellie.

They forgot the tofu? How rude! I was upset last time I went in Wagamamas, now that I've given up soya and caffeine all the good stuff was off limits and I couldn't have any free green tea :( The diary's looking good! I've always wanted to try Tai Chi, I think I've asked you this before but what's your DVD called? xx

The dvd is this one Beginner Tai Chi [DVD]: Amazon.co.uk: Stephen Luff: Film & TV It is very basic, which is good if you're a complete beginner. I used to go to classes though so it's a bit too basic, but will do for now. Would love to up it a level :)

Tbh I'm kinda glad they left out the tofu-means I don't have to syn it ;) Might even ask for meals without in future if I'm struggling for syns. I neither like nor dislike it, so not bothered really.

I'm really enjoying being back on SW and in control. Looking forward to upping my exercise too. already itching to get running but would like to do a few warm up walks first. Both for mine and Dave's benefit really!! I've been such a bad doggy owner and the poor hounds hardly get walked. Think Ellie has only been out when I've taken her to work in the last month :eek: So definitely trying to get them out more often, a couple of times a week would be far better than none! Feel awful and want to spend more time with them too :)

And I'm sure the doggies will appreciate all the walks :) I really need to start exercising too, I've basically just been vegetating while I've been unemployed. Going to go for a walk this afternoon I think, might as well start today! xx

Had a nice day today. Went to meet my friend for a catch up and coffee in town. I was very good and bought a fruit salad in Nero's, but couldn't finish it! What is happening to meeeee?! :p

Have some exciting news. I've booked a design consult with a tattoo place next week :D Very excited! And a bit scared even though this will be my 3rd lol. Can't wait!
 
Thursday food:

Lunch: 2 Quorn sausages (2 lame!), half a tin of beans, 2 scrambled eggs (HexA1 for milk & cheese), wholemeal toast (HexB1), and tomato sauce (1)

In Nero's: most of a tub of apple, melon, orange, grapes, and pineapple. Will finish it later.

Tea: Quorn steak strips, red onion, garlic, sweet peppers, and sweetcorn cooked with Frylight, Chipotle Tabasco, and a splash of Coke Zero. Mexican rice, refried beans, Low fat cheese (HexB2). 2tbps extra light mayo (1)
When will I learn that a whole pack of savoury rice is too much?! :rolleyes:

Snack: Rest of the fruit salad from Nero's.

Drinks: Coke Zero. Diet Lemonade. Coffee. Options (2)

Syns used: 6

Your tea sounds really nice! I only discovered Quorn steak strips fairly recently, they're so yummy. Yeah I really enjoyed my walk thanks, I feel so much more alive than I have for the past couple of weeks. I've just been slowly rotting away in the living room, ill, unemployed and too poor to go anywhere, so it was really nice to be outside! It doesn't take much to make me happy, haha. Glad you got out with your doggies, I hope you enjoyed it! I still get a bit nervous with tattoos and piercings even though I've had loads of them before- it's not even the pain that worries me, it's the commitment I think! I'm sure you'll be fine though, try not to worry! xx

You have no idea how happy I was when I found out refried beans were free!! I throw a tin in my chilli when I make it now so it goes all thick and gloopy. I have a photo somewhere of a wooden spoon standing upright in a pan of my chilli :D

I did enjoy my walks thanks! Ellie can be a real hassle to walk sometimes with her multitude of issues, but yday and today she was really well behaved. And both walks have been quite late so no other nutty dog walkers were about. Dave is an absolute pleasure to walk and you could literally go for hours with him. Might venture for a run with him tomorrow, will see how I feel :)

It sounds silly but it does make a huge difference to how you feel when you get outside and just enjoy being outside. Woodlands are my favourite place to walk and run :)

Hehe yeah I think I will always think "what the f*ck have I done?!" after a new tat, but it hasn't happened yet. The worst thing that has happened is me thinking there's a spider on my arm when I just see the lizard on my arm out of the corner of my eye. That still happens and I've had it 6 yrs!! :rolleyes:

I think with this new one though it will be very visible because it will literally be just below my hand. Having it on the underside of my wrist tho. Loads of people in work have tats so at least that's not an issue. And our scrubs are short sleeved so you can always see my lizard anyway.

Will stop rambling now....

Should go to bed but I'm having a bit of a panic over my plans for my 30th birthday (next Jan) But will explain tomorrow when I'm a bit more calm.

Lunch: Porridge (half HexA1 skimmed milk), Splenda, and banana.
Small fruit salad-melon, grapes, pineapple. and an M&S Count On Us cherry yogurt.

Tea: Packet of macaroni cheese (2 + rest of HexA1 for skimmed milk), veggie kiev (4), sweetcorn, carrots, broccoli, and peas.

Snack: Bear Nibbles (HexB2) Shape 0% (0.5)

Drinks: Diet Lemonade. Coffee. No added sugar Vimto. Options (2)

Syns used: 8.5

Exercise: 20min walk to the Dr's.
At least an hour walking round the shops.
Almost a 20min walk with Ellie-only a minute or two off.
30min walk with Dave.

I know exactly what you mean, I felt amazing yesterday after going out to the woods. I know I sound like such a hippy, but it just feels so nice to be somewhere peaceful and to be surrounded by trees! One of my tattoos is on the underside of my wrist, it's not as visible as you might think- most people don't realise it's there until I show them! I can't imagine anything scarier than always thinking there's a spider on your arm, haha xx
 
I feel so tired today! And keep getting headaches :( Got a few things on my mind I need to sort out before I spill. But one could be very exciting! Just think it's going to be stressful sorting it all out, but scary and exciting too ;)

Did some food shopping today and it seems I have gone tropical for next weeks fruit. I have kiwi's, mango, water melon, blueberries, and cherries. Ok cherries aren't tropical, but they were on offer and I like em :p

Have also bought stuff to make mushy pea curry, veggie packed bolognese thingy, and spicy sweet potato soup :)

Think I will do another week like this next week. Try and eat as syn free as possible to collect syns for the weekend. This weekend I'm going to a work friends birthday party at her house and staying over-so there will be booze and food. And next weekend is my birthday and there WILL definitely be booze and food ;) We are playing crazy golf too so that should shift a few calories right?!! :p

Has anyone got nice weekend plans?x
 
Urgh!! I am an idiot :( I went to my work friends birthday party and I was so nervous I drank far too quickly and ended up being very, very sick!! :'( So embarrassed :'( Managed to get a lift home with a few people and now that I'm empty of booze I've had some porridge and raisins.

I was so looking forward to tonight and getting to know people. And also looking forward to sandwiches, pizza, and curry!! I had one little triangle sandwich, a spoonful of curry, and the tiniest bite of the end of a pizza slice. All of which I threw up :(

Because I've been so bloody stupid and naughty I will take off 20syns off the amount I've saved, but not actually syn anything I've eaten or drank this evening. Prob had about 6-8 shots worth of whisky. And a weird cocktail made with milk and booze-a something polar bear! But obv not kept any of it down coz I is a moron! :cry:
 
Saturday food:

Lunch: Big jacket spud, tin of spaghetti hoops, 2 veggie burgers (1), and low fat cheese (HexA1)

Tea: Bugger all

Snack when I got home: Porridge (half HexA2 + HexB1)
Cheese sandwich (rest of HexA2 + HexB2) with a tiny bit of extra light mayo and pickle (1)
Bag of Pom Bears (5)

Drinks: Coffee. Vimto. Far too much whisky.

Syns used: Not entirely sure.
Syns left: 20 (20 off for any booze or food that stayed in! And not carrying any over today)

Exercise: Nothing unless vomiting counts?! :jelous:
