Hope you feel better soon, jealous of dino pjs they sound ace! I have a kids dinosaur onesie lol the one advantage to being short can fit kids onesies yay! X

I love my dinosaur pj's! They're from Cath Kidston. Got them in a sale event and Mum bought them off me to put away for my birthday :p I seriously never want to take them off. They're so comfy!

Had a really student/kids/ill day food today. Not exactly super healthy, but at least within SW :) Will have some fruit and veg tomorrow ;)

Wow cath kidston dinosaur that's much cooler than floral prints! Totally agree about synning medicine just take it and get better :) going to eat the rubbish junky food over the weekend so I'm all set to be good and start on Monday! Not done sw in about 2 years now I think but still stick to a lot of sw style foods anyway coz I discovered I loved them :) infact sw got me loving quorn and helped me become veggie! So just need to cut down all the pizza, chocolate and takeaways! X

Urgh! So this cough is getting on my nerves!! And I kept having dreams last night to do with fire & smoke and waking up coughing :rolleyes: :mad:
Feel a bit better today. not exactly fit for work, but it's the best I can do.
Got a FB message from one of the girls in work and she said she'll look after me. And one of the lads is on standby in case I die :p Just hope they don't throw me in isolation ;)

Lunch: 2 Quorn sausages (2), beans, cheesy scrambled eggs (HexA1 for milk & cheese), crispy potatoes, and wholemeal toast (HexB1) Tomato sauce (1)

Tea: Bolognese: Quorn mince, red onion, garlic, sweetcorn, mushroom, pepper, courgette, broccoli, and tomatoes. With wholemeal spaghetti, salad, and dressing (0.5)

Snack: Shape 0% (0.5) Bear Nibbles (HexB2)
Mini Oreo's (6)

Drinks: Coffee. Squash.

Syns used: 10

Saturday food: Dragging my ass to work today :(

Breakfast: Porridge (HexB1), raisins (2), skimmed milk (half HexA1), and Splenda.

First break: Banana

Lunch: Sweet potato jacket with a portion of chilli from the freezer. Salad, low fat cheese (HexA2), and dressing (0.5)

Tea: Wholemeal toast (normal size bread HexB2 + 1), 2 sausages (2), beans, 2 boiled eggs, and a waffle (2.5) Tomato sauce (1)

Snack: Double Chocolate Kit Kat Chunky (13)

Drinks: Coffee. Diet Coke. Vimto

Syns used: 22
Syns left: 11.5

Exercise: 10.5hrs at work.
Walking to and from bus stops and a quick walk around Morrison's (30-40mins)

I had a sneaky WI at work today (even though my official one isn't till tomorrow) and I have, by some miracle, managed to sts! That's with 3 days off over last wknd and Mon and doing bugger all exercise this week other than breathing. Not bad. Very happy with that! Hopefully a loss at next WI though, in 8 days :p

Had to change my food diary as I wasn't very hungry at work. Have left a big fruit salad and a yogurt there for tomorrow :)

Lunch: portion of daal curry from the freezer. Packet of curry rice.
Rest of the fruit.

Tea: Small chilled Quorn cottage pie (3), roasties, mash, peas, carrots, sprouts, gravy (3), and horseradish sauce (1)

End of week treat: Fry's Orange Cream (10) 2 Hotel Chocolat chocs (6)

Drinks: Coffee. Diet Coke.

So now that I've managed to survive a weekend/emergency shift at work (I've been rather ill) I can now look forward to a whole week of stand-down and a rather exciting week indeed!

Tomorrow will be spent sleeping until the afternoon. Then lazing about the house and cleaning out animals that need cleaning.

Tuesday me and the Mothership are meeting my friend for tea somewhere and then going to see Snow Patrol at the Echo Arena

Wednesday I'm hoping to get to the cinema as I've either been in work or horribly ill and haven't been for a few weeks.

Thursday I'm getting my awesome new tattoo done at a rather s****y boutique tattoo place!!! Eeeeeeep!!!!

And Saturday I have a date with a lovely sounding guy who I have been emailing/texting for about a month now. He has a cat, has a ridiculously cool job, has a beard (yay!), and just seems like a really nice guy! he's sent me lots of "get well soon" and "you can do it" texts while I've been ill and working over the weekend

I am getting the outline of a running hare with a spiral on his bum and he's going to be running along a whispy cloud of stardust :D He's going to be just below the under side of my right wrist.
I'm very excited!!

Needed to get it on a day where I would have a good few days off work afterwards so I don't get either disgusting stuff on it or having it permanently soaking in disinfectant! :jelous:
