just made these using the blackpepper lowlow..... don't look as good as Mrs.W's - they're pretty flat, but really tasty (probably too big moulds)

if you don't know, the lowlow spread is now an HEA 1x HEA is 57g

So on a red or green day 2 HEA is the whole pot!!

You can't really taste the cottage cheese in them once its cooked so its worth a try Hun xxx
