Ive done these loads of times without the cheese spread so theyre syn free

& I got the silicon cases 6 for a pound in poundland x

I have these in the oven. I got the cheese spread as 13 syns for the tub and I only had Low fat cottage cheese at 2.5 syns, so total syns 15.5. This makes 12, so 1.5 syns each??

Lets see how they taste……..
