I know dont go putting the guilt trips on me! Believe me i shall be thinking bout you (& the others) whilst lying on my sunlounger sipping a cocktail or 2. It wont be easy you know probably be a bit of a chore getting up to sun sea & all the other holiday stuff every day!

Mornin im up with the larks today
Now brace yourself chelle im gonna drop my bombshell..........2weeks holiday! Im back thurs 18th june,so i dont want you to have forgotten all about me absence is supposed to make the heart grow fonder & all of that as they say.
Besides which im sure you will be dying to know how much weight i have put back on with 2weeks all inclusive eating & drinking xx

Or you could be our version of audrey from the salon in corrie ha ha Go on say it ill be blanche the old bag..mind you she comes out with some wicked 1 liners so i wouldnt mind!

i loved it last night in corrie when deirdre (vainy neck) was talking about how blanche goes to funerals of people she doesn't know and she said "oh, so your picking on my hobbies now are you" lmao!!!

my clients no that they are not allowed to go on holiday for 2 weeks!! i'll allow them 1 week,maybe 10 days at a stretch, but 2 weeks is a big no no!!! actually!!!!

you should hear the stick i get off them when i decide to go on holiday! christ, you'd think i was leaving the country for good!!!

for lunch i had 2 crumpets and i dont no what to have for dinner, will probly end up having a ww meal with veg as i cannot be bothered to cook anything!

one of my clients who i did today who i havent seen for 4 weeks noticed id lost weight today without me saying anything to her about starting ww. she said ive lost weight off my face, i was well chuffed!!

i no thats what i thought!! id bought them for a treat on thurs after weigh in but forgot about them so i looked in my book and for the mushroom and bacon ones a whole can is 2 points and for the chicken and mushroom a whole can is only 1 point!!!

Aww that's ace!! It gives you such a good boost doesn't it!I'm starting to notice a difference in myself which is fab, had a jumper on today that hasn't fitted me since I bought it.
