Well done on your weight loss this week. That's really good.
Don't worry about going over on those days you can easily pull it back during the week. No problem. It's all about the free veg. Yay. I always do that with meals too and have enough veg for like 8 people. Mwahaha.

it always makes you feel rubbish and everything is so much harder but i'm sure things will look up. I find when I'm having days where I want to eat the equivilant of my weight in food that you are better of eating throughout the day but on low point options. I find that that way i don't feel like i'm being cheated out of food as i'm constantly eating like fruit or WW yoghurts or WW crisps or other WW treats etc.
Hope that might help and i really hope your day picks up. We need the sunshine back!
