Chelsea Lou - The Ventura adventure, not a sinking ship!

Morning CL, Happy Day 3! keto will soon be here, those trousers will be loosening in no time, i'm waiting to be able to button the 3rd button on my coat without cutting off my air supply...little things eh!

Wishing you a fab day!
xx

Lol, morning Lelly, keto and looser trousers.........heaven :D Actually when I put them on this morning they are tight but not as tight as yesterday, so progress already.

I can't remember the last time I buttoned up a coat or jacket. They got so tight that they kind of spread my boobs all over the front of my body, like having a couple of dustbin lids up my jumper lol.

Morning mum :)

Hope you have a good day 3! Roll on bad breath, scuzzy teeth and bright yellow/green wee!!

That post about your sparkling water and the number 9's really really made me laugh - as you know because I was sat with you, giggling when I read it :D

Glad your trousers feel a bit looser today aswell, roll on the day when they fall around your ankles like before!

Have a great day,

Love Jess xxx

Trousers round my ankles.......now there's a thought!!

Good morning to you JJ. Good morning to everyone.

I forgot to add re: the water, I had poured some into a plastic cup. There were two guys in reception and I had to make a phone call, lifted the receiver and knocked water all over the desk. Found a tissue, mopped up, had a little moan to them about my day being "not good", lifted receiver again, promptly knocked over the remaining water.......doh!!! I called myself a moron, I bet they were calling me something far worse in their minds :D:D

Day 3.

As someone pointed out to me on another thread, keto breath should be well on its way :( It's awful when you see people visibly pull away from you when you talk to them :D I think mine usually resembles something akin to Satan's bottom but hey ho, price to pay, I guess, by others.....it doesn't affect me at all :D:D I'm alright Jack!!

Trousers felt a tad looser today. So now they are just very tight instead of really tight. Is that right? What's the most tight, really or very????????

Going to try and up the water today. Think I only managed about 2 litres yesterday.

See you later xx

'Really or very', I should just concentrate on the 'tad looser'!!

Brilliant - well done! x

Going great Chelsea, your diary makes me laugh... and you're doing great!

xxx

Me too, you are a funny one CL. Good luck with the rest of the day.

Thanks girls, glad I bring a :D to your faces!! Thing about the water incident and those two guys....if I had been slimmer I wouldnt have felt like such a moron, I felt (probably wrongly) that they were thinking "clumsy fat cow".......absolutely NO paranoia here :D:D:D

I'm one shake down and thinking that I should probably have my lunchtime one soon. It's nearly 2 pm after all.

Hope you are getting some work done today Katy and hope everyone else is having a good day too xx

Hope your day went well Chels... with no more water-spills! Just calling in to wish you a wicked, wonderful and wiggle-tastic Wednesday, be good and keep drinking that water!

xxx

Day 3 done and dusted

Morning all,

So day 3 completed and managed to get more water down me rather than on the desk/computer :D which is a result.

Had an early night (8pm) last night, intending to watch a bit of TV but fell asleep. I woke at 9:50 after having a horrible nightmare about huge spiders. I really struggled to get back to sleep after that. Everytime I closed my eyes, the nasty critter was there, all brown and big and hairy. Early nights don't seem to agree with me!

On a CD note, I had an extra shake last night, as I felt REALLY hungry but I'm not worried about that.

Eyes down for day 4!!

Great work CL!! well done on getting the first bit done, yay for the water too!
Have a fab day
x

Day 4 up and running!

Day 4 and I am still waiting for the green, furry teeth and dog's breath to arrive. It's a bit worrying I keep thinking I must be doing something wrong, although I know I'm not!! I did manage 2+ litres of water yesterday, so not sure if that could be the reason? Do you think this is enough?

Anyway, will still plug away. I am going back to the British Military Fitness tonight after a break through Bronchitis and Laryngitis, so will either have an extra shake or perhaps some Tuna OR a small piece of chicken.

Wicked Wednesday everyone :D

Well, something must be happening as I have just realised that it is noon and I haven't had my first shake, so that is good.

Hope everyone is having a good day today.

Apart from the cold start to the day, it is sunny outside and the sky is blue...feels almost like spring, my fave time of year. Lots of birdsong too, which always makes me want to sing :D

ha ha ha please don't :D

I love the spring time too though Marf, and I'm happy that you haven't had your first shake yet - but please do now or you'll starve yourself xxx

Cheeky mare lol. I had my shake at 12:30 and will have another two before my BMF at 7pm, then will have another when I get home tonight at 8:30 ish. Hope that meets with approval :D

PS Was sitting in the car at lunchtime and caught a slight whiff of my own breath.......good times x

Day 4 continues

As part (and a huge part) of being back here and doing CD, I want to look a bit glam for my girl's wedding cruise in July. I have rather let things slide of late, so have booked myself into the hairdressers on Saturday to have a bit of a trim and have some layers chopped into my hair. I bought the Feb edition of Hair Ideas at lunchtime and have seen the most fab colour which I must have.

All my life I've been a blonde, born blonde and loved being blonde and when, during my 30's, it started to go a bit darker I started having highlights. Over the years the bleach has ruined my hair and last November I had about 3 months of root growth which was a mousey brown colour. My hairdresser at the time told me my natural colour was a 6, so I bought a 6 (light brown) hair dye and dyed away and hey presto....................dark chocolate brown, which has now faded to a sort of non-descript reddy, dull, washed out colour. Which hasn't helped me with the feel-good factor. But this colour in the mag is just what I want, with perhaps just a few highlights dotted about to give it a sun-kissed look.

Oooo, :D

One shake down at 12:30, two for this afternoon and one more after BMF this evening. Hopefully this will be enough with all the exercise, as BMF is quite full-on

Ooh, i know what you mean about the hair thing. My hair is naturally quite mousy so i got light blonde highlights but it was so expensive to maintain and i hated the dark regrowth, and you are right the bleach ruined it for me. In the end i went back to my natural colour with just a few shades lighter tint. But think i would like quite a drastic change next time.

Glad to see Day 4 is still going well for you x

I did start having a blonde tint, which made it look healthier as no bleach but the upkeep was horrendous, so need something that will match my roots and cover up the sprinkling of grey that has arrived. I have started to develop a Mallen Streak, just like my mum had. I used to say she was one of the "Mallen *******s"

Good books turned into a brill TV series. The young male love interest was goooooooorrrrrrrgeous!!!!!!;)

I love your diary! I'm still laughing from yesterday's comment about the boobs like dustbin lids!! I know just what you mean!! :D

Your hair plan sounds good, I was wondering what to do with mine this morning....there was a bit more grey that I thought...hmm..Hope the training goes well tonight and you aren't too stiff tomorrow. Have you settled into your new home? x

Goo girl i love doing my hair each month.!

Maybe jess will take pics so we can all have a nose.!

keep thinking cruise hun :D

Day 4..the finale

Just to keep things up-to-date. Had a Spicy Tomato soup as my 3rd shake before I went to Military Fitness training.

There were three instructors on duty, two hulking great men and one little girl/woman. Blue team (the lowest group) got the girl. Great I thought, easy peasy. WRONG!! She was a right little madam that must be having PMT or something. She was brutal. However, I did manage to reasonably keep up.

My partner for the evening was a young man called Sam. Tall, skinny, dark haired, YOUNG!!!:D Well, we had to do an exercise where we were in the wheelbarrow position. Oooh errr missus. His core is as weak as mine so the sit-ups we had to do together were a hoot.

I did enjoy it though. My chest was wheezing for the rest of the night but considering we were lying in wet, cold mud which was just starting to frost over, that's no surprise. Lying under a full moon with all the stars twinkling, in the wheelbarrow position with a young fella is definitely worth the £40 monthly subscription!!!:D
