So i lost 2lbs at WI this morning, so happy! only 1lb to go until i get my 1 1/2 stone sticker 
I'm off to a gig in Manchester tomorrow so trying to work my food around a very busy day!

Breakfast - Weetabix (Heb) Milk (Hea) Peach, 2 x Plums
Lunch - Baked Potato with beans and cheese (hea) cherry tomatoes, mushrooms
Dinner - SW Wedges
Snack - Special K Chewy Delight (Heb) 2 Space Raiders (6) 6 meringues(6)

I forgot to mention, i bought a size 14 dress today after 2 years of living in size 16's. Very happy

Morning! Gig was good last night, boyfriend went to McDonalds for his tea while we were there but i tucked into my fruit bag and diet coke
So tired this morning, debating on doing my shopping online as the weather is soooo bad here. Not up to much today, just spending the day in with the boyfriend and watching a few films. Might even get some exercise in too. x

Had a lovely night with Ryan last night, he is just the best person ever. Loved our Chinese too, all for 5 syns! lush.
Today is going to be EE again. Going to have red days from tomorrow.

I love the sound of your red day. Its good than you've planned it all out too as I find that's the key to a successful day when you are not used to them.
