My tea was lovely. I usually have a chinese as a WI treat (synned) but tonight decided to change it up a little and have something else, opted for 2 baked potatoes covered in a hea of cheese, beans and mushrooms. Was amazing!

Dont worry about it being time of the month, just try to drink as much water as possible to avoid water retention.. sounds silly saying that but it helps! X
