FOUR ...... Lol, you never know without the slimpod the kids treats could have been scoffed as well :) who put you in charge of buying Halloween treats!

I made soup Sunday, let it boil and wandered off, 2 hours later remembered and took it off the stove lol
 
Mmmm I love freddos lol. Mojo is back, kinda! Feel like its 70% there and the other 30% is hoovering :)
 
Busy wee day today - had my mum's graduation ceremony straight after work and then went for a meal so been rushing about all day!

brekkie - porridge

lunch - homemade veg soup
pear
curly wurly

dinner - pasta with chorizo in carbanora sauce( calorie laden but yummy)
rocket salad
cheesecake!!!!!!!!!!!

Totally shattered will catch up with you all on Friday( School Haloween disco tom so will be another hectic one!)

Off to get some much needed zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzssss!
 
Lol at 4 freddo's! I would have eaten the lot! Mmmmm chocolate.
I have had to buy a bag of scabby lolly pops for the trick or treaters this year! Couldn't get chuppa chups or drumsticks coz they would have fallen into my mouth! xx

Hi All,

Not really kept on top of my diary the past few days as I've been extremely busy.

Weighed in on Friday at 10st 4 which meant a loss of 1.75. Was star week though and I felt really bloated and horrible(hadn't been to toilet either) Weighed again yesterday morning and was down to 10 st 2.5 which sounds much better :) Will just keep stats as they are though and update next Friday!

Had a Halloween party last night and ate a whole bunch of c%*p!!!!Gonna have a really healthy day today and do some damage limitation!

My flat is a total riot so will be a good workout cleaning it today!!
 
Chick your getting closer to the 9s :) How was the halloween party, sounds like the food was rubbish therefore extremely yummy lol

I think it is Kron, there are always gonna be times when I fancy a bit of a blow out but I am noticing small changes - for example I had the meal out for my mums graduation and I stopped eating when I was full( even though there was a good quarter of the plate left - I never normally leave food so that is a big deal!!) And there is a thing on the slimpod that says you will be more open to doing things to help your body burn calories - yesterday I got up knowing I had a busy day ahead yet I decided to swing first thing so as not to miss it!! Normally I'd just have left it. Didn't listen to it last night though as crashed out after the party lol

How are things with you?
 
That sounds great, and how are you finding your 3 positives each day, it's well worth it if it gets you up and swinging early ;)

It's stepgaughters 18th tomorrow so little family get together at the Indian tonight, both the girls and their bfs, will be great getting us all together at the same time :)

As we are out idont need to cook (bonus) but with the time change its being an odd dayso far lol got the garden cut again, had a little swing, seriously need to do my nails! Then get prettied up for this evening

Sabotaged myself yesterday by having mcdonalds and then a big bar of dairy milk! Back to healthy eating today- have 4 days to do damage limitation until next weigh in.

Unofficial WI today was 10 st 3.5 lbs so a small gain after my party - hoping I'll be back to 10 st 2.5 lbs by tomorrow - have been good today so far :)

Brekkie- banana.

Lunch- homemade veg soup and tuna mayo sandwich.

Dinner- chicken breast, cous cous and large salad.

snack - raspberries, muller light, apple.handful of mixed nuts.

Its been 13 long years we have been together, I should trade him in for a younger model. He is 6 years younger than me so not officially a toyboy lol

I need to get back on track food wise, out last night and just finished tucking into choccie birthday cake! I am still 3lb up from my gain, trouble is I am liking it all, and finding lots of excuses to have naughty food as still below target, but really notice less definition and don't seem to have that feel good factor, so going to follow your lead and be good from today..... Except for a bit of scrummy ginger cake colleague brought in. Why did she have to start working with me, she makes the most delicious cakes lol

dinner - spicy bean risotto with peppers, toms and onion in it.
handful of mixed nuts
muller light

Bf was speaking to a work colleague at the weekend( who is a PE teacher and is extremely fit and healthy) and he advised to include a small amount of nuts in daily diet. Bf proceeded to go shopping and buy HUNDREDS of bag of mixed nuts lol They are nice as a snack :)

Slimpod - Didn't listen last night as lay my head down to rest my eyes and crashed out without even meaning to lol Really need to make time to listen every night. Listened on Monday night so I'll put down my 3 successes for today as I feel it's been a good one :)

1. Including nuts into my daily diet.
2. Was thinking about having a second helping of dinner but instead had a large glass of diluting juice and now feel full and satisfied :)
3. Week 4 Core done.
 
Ooohhh chickadee, how can you resist all those nuts!?!? I would have been grabbing handfulls!

Think nuts are good but are quite fatty( good fats though) so trying to have a small portion every day :) Really fill you up too :) Yeah looking forward to Friday, have had two good days just hope the weekend hasn't ruined my chances!! Really hope I can get down to 10st 2( or less) What you aiming for this week Chunk-less?!
 
I love nuts but they can be high in cals, so just watch your portions :)
 
Their great for a before workout snack :) my fav are brazil nuts covered in choc lol

Mum was over for dinner tonight, and she is doing Dukan diet, but decided she was going to go off plan and bought a chocolate millionaires pie! She doesn't even eat desserts normally lol, and its not a fav dessert of mine, but didn't stop me having a big slice!

Lol at chunk-less :D I like it! Any loss on friday will keep me happy :) I will take what i get from now on! I know its gonna start slowing down soon, im the lowest i have been for years and feel soooo much better for it! 2lb would be great lol. Would love to hit target by xmas. 1.5lb a week and i'll make it. My target is quite high really so may actually make it :)
 
Kron - I love Hazelnuts in chocolate :) yum!!

Chun-ky - I think you can do 1.5 a week no prob!! I want to lose last 10lbs by Christmas Eve so that gives me 8 weeks - an average of 1 lb per week with an extra 1lb here and there...feeling motivated again so hoping I can do it :) Although all the Christmas festivities will prove challenging!!
