Chloe's three month challenge!

I hope the exam was ok! I really adore BK - the burgers taste too good and not sloppy like McD's.

Ok so another successful weigh loss -1.5 this week. I hate this feeling nervous all the time about the weighs in. I am no longer starving all the time as my stomach seems to have finally accepted it is not going to get tones of food anymore so I don't feel like I am doing the plan correctly! So it is a real shock when the scales say I have lost weight! Have worked out I need to lose another 30 pounds to get to 'normal' which would be 10 stone 6 for me - that seems a long way away! Anyway the last time I was this low in weight (12 stone 6 is the lowest I have ever been since I was at uni so nearly there again) I was really struggling with staying the same and weight gains so I am feeling confident I will not quit again this time! I have to remember that I am now 21 pounds lighter than I was at my heaviest the first time I tried WW a year and a half ago.

Anyway food:
Wednesday:
Breakfast - Weetabix 4
Lunch: Tuna Sandwich 8
Dinner: Battered Fish (these are becoming addictive so moreish but so high in points!) 8, 150g frozen chips 8, baked beans 2 = 18
Snacks - banana
Total - 29 plus 1 weekly

Thursday:
Breakfast - weetabix 4
Lunch - Tesco just ham sarnie - 6
Dinner - Chicken Jafrazi 10, 70g dry rice 7 = 17
Snacks - apple, ww chocolate 2
Total 29

Now off to study the healthy and filling booklet to see if I can pull one of those days off this weekend!

Thank you. I am super happy right now. The first person has commented that I have visibly lost weight!! It was random - a student who uses the library regularly just came over to me and said I looked much slimmer than I did at the end of term I could have hugged him! (I didn't I just turned into a tomato and grinned stupidly!) Another colleague over heard and said I thought so too but I did not want to ask! Blimey I was getting worried when the only people who said I was changing shape were my family! I was worried they were just being nice!

Lunch - Tesco just ham sarni - 6
Dinner - Mister Davies Bostin' Balti and Very Nice Pilau Rice (no nutritional info on the pack so no idea - the best curry in the world though and start of B'day weekend treats!)
Snacks - Banana
Points - just calling it 29

Had another random WW meeting dream last night. (I should explain I saw some of Man Vs Food yesterday and they were eating a 12 egg omelette)
The group leader was there and was talking about foods to eat for breakfast the healthy and filling challenge. She brought us to a table covered in apparently 'healthy and filling' foods. There were the most ginormous omelettes piled up like pancakes and then sides of lovely buttery croissants and mountains of toast. She sat us all down and told us we could eat as much of all this as we wanted because it was all healthy and filling! She then started tucking in and some of the group joined her and the rest were just watching thinking ok what???

Maybe my subconscious is trying to tell me to skip this challenge!

I'm loving the sound of your dream, my mouth dribbled when u said lovely buttery croissants! PS-According to online the Curry is 14pp, no one seems to know how much the Rice is though? Normal Pilau is 16pp so depends if its quite similar to that? X

So a very enjoyable weekend has come to an end. Did my Birthday yesterday instead of today as everyone is too busy with work and meetings on week days! So anyway the family got together and Dad cooked a lovely Sunday roast and it was delicious. the only pity was the after dinner walk during which it poured down! My husband is promising to do something nice for dinner tonight so had best hold back as many points as I can! I cannot believe the big 30 is here. Still it is a good time for fresh starts and making new plans - my weight being my first task!

Lunch –none (late breakfast)
Dinner – roast beef and veg (beef -8, potatoes 4, gravy and sauces 3, peas 1, veg 0 = 16, fruit salad 0
Snacks – 2x WW rolls 4, 1 x ww crisps 2
Total = 26

Just a quick food update. Hubby cooked lovely dinner and did not go to the takeaway as he was threatening! (honestly his meal was far nicer!) It is strange he saying it is not a 'treat' if it does not involve going out or buying food in. Maybe I am weird but I don't care - I just like good tasting food!

It amuses me with weight loss how things happen so suddenly. My wedding and engagement rings have sat quite happily on my finger for the last 4 years - this morning they slid right off on the way to work! Now wearing them on my right hand (which is a bit fatter) but it feels wrong! Will have to get them resized but if feels a bit too soon as I still have loads of weight to go!
