Thanks for all the encouragement, I went to the gym, did 6k run in 32:18 so really pleased that a 3 min improvement since 20th Jan. Still need to push out a 9k run at some point this week.
Breakfast-: 2 soft boiled eggs
Lunch-: smoked mackerel salad.
Snack Muller light yogurt with 9 raspberries.
Evening Meal-: special fried rice with prawns & cashew nuts as my healthy B's
