Cruise PV ChrisR dukan journey

Sat 17/3 PV
A happy bunny this morning on MrR's birthday I've lost 2lbs, all the running around I've done this week must have paid off ............ not done anything different so its a mystery. Im chuffed, chuffed and more chuffed ............ never thought I could lose so much and still be motivated - 52lb!
I will say it again and shake my head .......... 52lbs!
Made 24 muffins for the freezer last night for the next few days. Think I'll make fresh on Tuesday to take with me to Holland.
Im just going to play it by ear while I'm away and perhaps choose fish/meat with salad when we are out and about. The hotel breakfast will be fine as there is a good choice e.g. eggs, yoghurt, meat. I dont eat much anyway as I can get travel sick on a coach. Muffins will come in handy if I'm hungry during the day.

Im lucky in the sense that some of my dresses were a style that i can tie the waistband a bit tighter... and my sister in law has donated lots of size 12 jeans to me... she does a lot of rummaging in charity shops lol... everytime she buys a new batch of clothes she gives a batch to me. the ones that i wouldnt wear are back in the charity shop bags. im also buying stuff on ebay. as for summer stuff im hoping primark will kit me out lol

Exactly this. Good old pradamark. Buying some half way bits tomorrow cause the bigger stuff is uncomfy! Definitely new underwear needed-bras that do a job requires!

Also congrats on 52lb Chris! I'm dreaming of that!

Primark have some nice stuff in but are not good for long legs and long arms - bought a couple of vest tops yesterday and new black socks. PJ's good too not too bothered about the bottoms being half mast.

Oh to have that issue....I could arrange donation of all the bits I need to cut off mine (not that I'm bitter hahaha) x

Well done Chris your doing fantastic, and a fabulous advertisement for The Dukan Diet..... and I'm sooooo jealous of your long limbs too x

Sunday 18/3 PV
had a lovely meal last night - I was driving so just had water.
smoked salmon & prawns with salad in a basil & dill dressing
roasted salmon fillet in chilli glaze with another salad. So all dukan good. Today is muffins, eggs baked in tomatoes & roast dinner (chicken, bns, sprouts, carrot & turnip) my daughter is cooking but she said 'Mum, you need to quality control'!
Lots to do even though its Mothers Day - have a good day everyone and of course 'HAPPY MOTHERS' day x

Im a lucky Mum not only to have two beautiful people for children but lovely pressies too. A silver pendant, CD of Emili Sande, Earrings & daffodils. Roast dinner cooked for me but with instructions to oversee - LOL .... & chocolate cake for pud!!! My daughter said "one little sliver will be OK Mum" so that's what Im going to have. No doubt my no 1 son & new no 2 son will soon polish the rest off:) so temptation will be gone. Hope everyone is having a good Sunday just checked the weather for Amsterdam area and its looking good .......................

Ahhhh Chris sounds like a lovely day but you defo deserve to be spoiled for sure!! Hope the choccy cake is lovely and your daughter is right a small sliver will do no harm!!! And you have to celebrate that weight loss some how. Ben gave me two cards this morning and flowers, one curtesy of Daddy and one he had done with his child minder - both just lovely and something to keep in the special box which may soon need to have it's very own wardrobe!!!! Hard to part with stuff they have made and given to you. This years present was a toilet roll wrapped in tissue paper with ribbon which I musn't open as it is full of his love and kisses and they would fall out!!! LOVE the innocence of a three soon to be four year old!!! LOL. Hope you day continues to be lovely. x

Ah thats lovely T I have a suitcase for each one of them in the loft. Every so often I take a peek and I'm transported to when they were babies. Wish I could just turn the clock back and hold them in my arms once more I get a pain in my neck now when I hug my 6'3" SON - ha ha x

Monday 19/3 PP
Lots to do today after work to get ready for Holland we did a list at work of what we would take so we could share toiletries etc of course the list is still in work - but didnt want to be concentrating on my stuff over the weekend with it being MrR birthday and mothers day. 2 tops to take back to Next think im just about ready to give up on clothes shopping ........ see you guys later off to get ready for another day, wonder what today will bring with our darling students ..............

p.s. It is such a beautiful day here, the sun is shining, blue sky and the birds are singing ............. shame I have to go and earn some pennies

I think this time of the year is really hard on our motivation - just wait till the warm weather comes and you can enjoy fresh salads and long walks. Think about how different you are to last summer, wow!!Have a good week.

I want my sunshine back please chris :p its raining here :( have a good day :D

I know, I cannot wait - floaty tops and linen pants - I have 2 weddings to go to this summer one in June and the other in August plus my daughter graduates want to look really nice for that - a lot to look forward to almost 4 stone lighter thank goodness we did dukan CD and found this forum :D

Someone has a spring in their step Chris!!! Lovely..... Think Holland is gonna be fab with some lovely weather. The flowers are surely gonna be amazing! Bet from all the walking etc you will be doing that the scales show another good loss next week defo plenty of incentive to stick to the Dukan straight and narrow. I took a load of clothes to a friend of mine today. I am trying to get her to consider Dukan - we have been fat and thin many times together and she really had got thin and fit but has for some reason put quite a bit back on and can't get a handle on it - do I ever know the feeling, hope she decides to give it a go! We sat in the sun with a coffee and some Dukan orange and vanilla muffins soaking up the sunshine and I felt as happy as can be - definitely not deprived and feeling like I am on a diet!!!!Are u going to be off line during your trip or are you updating us on route!?! x

Tuesday 20/3 PP
Plenty to do today shame I have to go to work! Ive made 4 days muffins and chilli is simmering since getting up at 5.30. Love being up early when its daylight. So tonight will be sorting stuff out im taking and doing the beauty routine eyebrows legs etc......... lists to write (MrR hopeless in the kitchen if he stirs a pot of something he has cooked it) put reminders on the fridge door to get stuff out the freezer etc. Really hope the trip goes smooth and we have no issues/fights/falling out/getting lost/losing passports, bags, money you name it wish it was Sunday really, actually all the staff do that have been before ....... I dont think Im going again unless I absolutely have too too stressful under 19's oh no - mind you the adults can just be as bad some people just dont know how to behave ....................
I shall just think positive thoughts and think of all the gorgeous floral feasts we shall see.
No Trudy I shall be incognito and offline ......... so will see you Sunday afternoon when Ive had a little lie down!!! LOL x
