The jaw pain is back with a vengeance! 72 hours of pain and counting...I'm off to the dentist on Monday. I think my wisdom tooth is impacted and will need to be removed...two down, two left! :(

Well done on your loss last week! Good call on trying some success express days - they really worked for me when I did them... just shakes things up a bit.

Hey Sarah!

Yeah, had the last bits of superfree with lunch, literally had to dig out the petit pois hiding in my over-iced freezer! Will be shopping tomorrow though. I lost 3lbs this week, not too bad, although I felt like I lost more. Wisdom tooth has settled down a bit, I got some antibiotics from the dentist as apparently the wayward tooth is causing a cavity in the tooth next to it, hence the extreme pain. Thankfully, I'm having it extracted on Tuesday (14th). I've had an extraction before so I know what to expect, however I'm still nervous. I just hope I heal up enough to enjoy Christmas dinner!

Well done on your loss - that's really good!
I don't envy you having your wisdom tooth out, hopefully you will heal quickly, otherwise it'll be soup for xmas dinner!

Also just to say petits pois aren't superfree - all peas are synned on red days so aren't classed as superfree. Same as other veg like baked beans, broad beans, sweetcorn etc.

My weeks not been that great, well it was going fine until I succumbed to a dominos last night - I think it's a combination of being too busy and too cold. My kitchen is freezing so I've not been cooking much as avoiding going in there!
 
I know what you mean about being cold....it's something that makes me crave comfort food - so weird! You're doing so well though, so I'm sure that blip won't harm too much. I think we're all allowed a little blip here and there, keep the matabolism guessing!

THE TOOTH IS OUT!!! Finally, lol. It wasn't too bad actually, though I was a little woozy when they were done. I'm surpised, I managed to get 3 decent meals in despite my pain. I think it's because there's no tooth covering the new wound site (got that removed a while back), so chewing isn't too painful. My jaw still feels heavy and sore, and the left side of my face is swollen, but I actually feel MUCH better now it's out. The pain of leaving it in must've been much worse. WI tomorrow! I feel good about it....:fingerscrossed:
 
Wow congrats on getting through your trip to the dentist. Hopefully you'll start to feel a lot better now. And amazing well done on your on-plan meals!
