Hi, how are you doing after cutting out the pasta? Hope you're feeling better x
 
Hey Sarah! I feel much better thanks! I avoided pasta this week to see what the scales say when I cut it out completely. I haven't really missed it to be honest! And Ryvitas have taken the place of bread for now, although I'm trying different HEXb's to see how I feel.

How are you doing?
 
Tuesday, 11th January 2011: **EE day**

Breakfast
28g of Kellogg's Frosted Wheats + 1 Ryvita Multigrain crispbread (HEXb)
A little SS milk from allowance (½ HEXa)
½ Tsp of lemon shred marmalade (½ a syn)


Lunch
I was out for most of today (unexpectedly), so no lunch!

Roast chicken
Bovril roast potatoes
Mixed veggies (peppers, broccoli, peas, shallots, red onion, carrots and corn)
6 Tbsp of gravy (1½ syns)

Well I hope it works and you're rewarded with a big loss!

Hmm... I think I'm going to have to get myself some ryvitas... they're one of those things I go through phases of liking, but I've been really fancying them recently

I'm doing ok, just hope I can keep my motivation going this week! Would love 1.5lb off this week to get me my 2stone shiny back!
 
Good luck! I've decided I'll be happy with 1-2lbs, but absolutely ecstatic if I lose more! I want the next stone bracket ASAP (4lbs away)!

Hey :wave_cry:.Today is another day.How has your day been?x

Hey Surreygal! Yesterday was much better, but I've been so busy these last few days, my biggest problem has been NOT eating regularly, which I know can show as a gain or STS. It's been a weird week, I can usually stick to my syns, but I've been going over due to the not eating regularly - it's a cycle! Ah well, I've resolved that I will go to class tonight (I almost wasn't going to) and start afresh on Thursday no matter what happens!
 
Don't worry about your glitch. I know exactly what you mean though - if I haven't had anything 'proper' to eat I tend to head towards something quick and more than likely naughty!
Planning is definitely key
 
Very true Sarah! I've had a wobbly week, but it's back on the straight and narrow from today! Gained 2lbs at last night's WI, not too chuffed about it, but must plug on!
