I've had a funny couple of weeks lately, particularly with eating regularly and syns. Has a lot to do with stress unfortunately. :( This week looks set to be no different, since both severe munchies and ttotm have arrived....having a day off plan tomorrow as it's my grand-niece's second birthday.

I will be having - pizza and chips! I've been craving pizza, and I've avoided bread for a couple of weeks now. I'll post pics when I've cooked them.

2 Slices of wholemeal bread (HEXb) toasted on one side, then spread with 2 tbsp of tomato puree (1 syn) and topped with 42g of mozzarella cheese (HEXa), 50g of BMWT turkey ham (½ a syn), onions, mushrooms and black pepper

Served with syn free chips, broccoli, carrots and corn

Dinner was excellent! I left out the sausage in the end, since the bread slices can only hold so much; I only used half the turkey ham on the pizzas and mixed the rest in with the veggies. It was lovely, very filling. Definitely will be having it again and experiment with toppings.

I have not heard of diet coke with almond, sounds bizarre, what is that like?

Hiya BritMum! I discovered it in Tesco's, it's just their own brand diet cola with a hint of almond. I love it because it's a diet drink that doesn't taste like a diet drink! Also, it doesn't have that sweetener-ish aftertaste some store brand diet drinks have (piccie below).
