Had a mini blip earlier on today...not too bad, but synnage was involved...:( but I am back on track now. I really wanted to write off the whole day , and I probably would have in the past, but no more of that. On with the show!

I've had a bit of an iffy week, so I'm not entirely sure what Wednesday will bring. I'm not too upset though, I've had an eventful week! My BFF just gave birth to a beautiful baby girl - 4 days before her own birthday!

WI was pants last night, had a gain. I was expecting it, but I'm really at my wits end now...I really, really want (need) to lose, but I keep sabotaging myself.....nutso behaviour! :(

Ah well, nothing to do but get back on the proverbial wagon. :sigh:

Next week will mark one year trudging along at SW...the longest I've ever stuck with it, so I'll at least pat myself on the back for that. I will also post my official stats...I've been keeping tabs since my very first WI, and it is nothing special - extremely zig-zag like...hopefully year 2 will be more of a coherent downward slope.

But the amazing thing is that 52 weeks have (almost) just come and gone...just like that. I was hoping to get my 4st award by then, but unless I pull a 9.5lbs loss next week, it's highly unlikely...so it's looking like just over 3st in one year, but we shall see...

I have a naming ceremony to attend today (for the new baby), so I've prepared by having breakfast before I go. I'm not sure what will be on the menu, but I'll try and make the healthiest SW-friendly choices. I've also decided to take a bottle of my own drink, because I find drinking syns is my worst enemy...I think I put on more weight that way.

EDIT: Wasn't as bad as I thought....even though there weren't a lot of healthy options available, I stuck with with small portions...and no drinks!
