Auburn, that's my new thing...if I have too many goodies at home, I share, lol! At least that way I know it's gone, not hiding in my fridge planning a conspiracy to pounce on me when I'm having an iffy day! You know those treats can be evilllll :p

I'm chuffed, lost 3½lbs tonight, and met my first goal - to lose 2 weeks in a row!! I am aiming to lose (or STS) every week in May and break the crazy yo-yo chain. Second goal is to get my 4st shiny, which is just TWO POUNDS away! :bliss:

Well done Christiana....it's soooooooooo encouraging to look at your diary as you are still losing weight whilst eating such yum foods and showing such determination at the same time. I am yet to find a Tesco that stocks the diet cola with almond but my hunt shall continue over the weekend. Hope you have a fab weekend hunny MWAH! xx

well done you, im struggling at the mo but hanging on in there. My local stores never have ww bread so i always end up getting warburtons and its toooooooo thin. lol
 
I used to get Warburtons!! They're like paper, lol! My Tesco NEVER had WW bread before, but now they've had a massive refurb, they have it! If only they had WW brown danish, I could have 3 slices as a HEXb!

Don't worry hun, I know hard times aren't easy to get through. Take it a day at a time, that's what I'm trying now. I've decided no matter what, I will try to stay positive.

If only they had WW brown danish, I could have 3 slices as a HEXb!

If you do get hold of the danish bread, watch it like a hawk when it's in the toaster.. I've wasted nearly half a loaf by over-toasting it.. IE burning it... The birdies outside LOVE when I get a Danish loaf ;)!!

PS - Still no almondy coke. Boo... Scotland officially sucks. I even asked my potential future sister in law if she could have a scout around the Edinburgh branches, nae luck!
 
Oh no, that coke is tricky! Hopefully your SIL will have more luck.
I'm beginning to think that brown danish is an SW fairytale...like Nimble white, lol!
 
I wasn't feeling myself yesterday, I seemed to have misplaced my appetite. Very strange as this has never happened to me before, all I had to eat was an apple and some couscous with eggs...However, I was quite thirsty, but I never felt hungry at all.

Anyway, WI was a bit funny tonight, I felt very light, but somehow managed a 4lb gain, which is very disappointing. Besides yesterdays weirdness, I had an alright week. A STS or a 0.5lb gain maybe, but 4lbs seems excessive. I don't know what's going on, that 4st shiny is really kicking my butt...so close....then a gain! Ah well, nothing to do but get back on it (even though I never fell off).

How much does water actually weigh? I'm curious, gonna get the kitchen scales and weigh a glass of water...

Edit - a glass of water, just the water, was 250g, so what, 4 glasses of water weighs 2lb.... I reckon your "4lbs" is water retention :)

I think you're right Auburn. I really hope it all comes of next week! I am feeling much better now, so off to make some semblance of lunch. I've deduced my body is a rebel :giggle: holding on to water on purpose...
