Of course! I meant to put it up with the pics, completely forgot! There are 2 ways to make these, depending on your preference.
METHOD 1:
1. Boil a few potatoes in Bovril chicken stock until soft enough to mash (how much you use depends on your tastes, but I wouldn't add too much at this stage as there's more seasoning later)
2. Wait for the mash to cool, then form into 'cakes'.
3. Mix a little salt, black pepper and sweet paprika in a shallow dish. Take each cake and toss in the seasoning until covered.
4. Bake or fry in frylight or EVOO until slightly crispy.
METHOD 2:
1. Same as above.
2. Mix the cool mash with a beaten egg, season with salt and pepper (you can even add onion) and form into cakes.
3. Bake or fry each cake in frylight or EVOO until crispy.
In the pics, I used method 1, but be careful it can come out a little too salty, so I favour method 2!
