Much better today, pain has reduced to a dull ache. I swear, the things women have to endure...
Aim to be back on track today, had a sneaky jump on my scales this morning and I was glad to see I was 1lb lighter (although it was first thing and pre brekkie...and my scales are possessed from time to time...but good nonetheless). If I could get between half and 1.5lbs off this week, I'll be happy with that. Worst case, I'd like to STS :fingerscrossed:
