Any suggestions on how to cope with Christmas? I was going to stay focused until the Eve and then on the day forget all dieting and enjoy the day with what ever goodies are around?
But I've only been on TFRD for 6 days and don't know if my theory would work?

Can anyone help?
 
Deffo not, if u just had whatever u wanted, even for one day, u could almost b sure of a 7-10lb gain without refeeding. A big no no. If u plan to eat best to refeed x
 
Also you can make yourself very ill. Yeye's right, it's either refeed properly beforehand and then eat on the day or stay 100% throughout. I plan to stay 100% during Xmas and New Year and I know there's a few on here who are also going to be doing that. There are others who are hoping to reach their goals before Xmas and then there are others who plan to refeed and take a break over Xmas and the New Year then come back to LT. You just need to decide which option is right for you. Personally, I don't want to go through week 1 again! Also, I've got a lot of weight to lose and a lot of plans for next year so I just want to get to my goal as soon as possible. Xmas will be back round again soon enough and I plan on enjoying myself just without food and booze.
 
I really want to reach my goal and my dad and B'friend are really supportive! But my mum doesn't know and I have been hiding it for days :( just because she really wouldn't understand, and would make the whole dinner pushing it under my nose!
I suppose I have to make a decision :,(
 
Plenty of time yet Emma. See how you feel in a months time. You're doing great! I have also hardly told anyone other than a few very close people.
 
You seem to be a fountain of knowledge regarding LipoTrim busymum, so I shall follow your advice and just wait for now! But ohhhh hot food :)
