A nice 4.01 mile run in 52 minutes (60includes warm up!) all bloody up hill!!!!

Can you put me down for 45 minutes today please, I'm being a pack horse for the kids to dance class workshops and off to get my second box of Oralistat, A whole 10 weeks supply now :D
