I did 12 weeks of ss. Now, I manage about 5 days of ss a week. The other 2 days I have 1 product and a meal out, almost always a salad with grilled chicken-no dressing.

well done ive done 3 weeks, next week xmas parties for work going to be sort of good though then back on it for 10 days until xmas then be good but enojy it too then do 6 weeks until my wedding in feb x
