Christmas Foods

I am going to TRY and stick to plan over the festive period, altho i prob wont be on xmas day/boxing day. Everybody puts on weeight over this period, and i aint gonna be no diff! If i dont, all the beta.......but im gunna enjoy it!

we are all trying to be what we want to be ..maybe the people we love ..love us as we are anyway... its about having a target to acheive but along the way we also need to live and enjoy, so maybe a day to join in with our loved ones wont hurt ...enjoy your christmas xxx

My Christmas Day will start with champagne and smoked salmon on toast as it always does. Lunch will be the usual turkey roast. I don't like Xmas pud so will make a trifle that will proba have a few sins in it.

I'll try and make snacks that are SW friendly, but I'll definitely be flexi Syns!

Evening will be a buffet for the 6 of us so it's not too bad as I can make SW friendly stuff.

That said I won't be too strict, but try not to be too mad either.

My real problem will be going to the UK and seeing my family between Xmas and new year...

Eat smart Pork sausages, pk of 8 They will say diet and less than 3% fat on them and are £1.99.

I actually think I can do xmas :D, I don't really drink in the house and we don't go anywhere. I'm off to my mums to see lil uns open pressies and will be making dinner later on and will be mainly veggies anyway. Even if I do have to wait 3 weeks till weigh in x

to be honest i think xmas can be adapted quite easily, most of your xmas dinner is reasonably sw friendly, fresh veg and lean meat so cutting back on butter and oil will mean that you can have the drink and mince pie and not feel as guilty.

its only 1 day of the year so im going to make teh most of it!!
